She specializes in helping women in perimenopause and post-menopause regulate their nervous system, feel steadier in their bodies, and navigate daily life with more ease and resilience. Her sessions focus on calming the stress response, easing anxiety, supporting sleep, and creating a sense of inner safety through breath, gentle movement, and guided meditation.
