Hello,

How are you feeling today?

I'm João and I will guide you in a deep and relaxing meditation.

Now it's time to prepare yourself for a moment of rest.

Before we start,

I would recommend you locate yourself within a room with a low or completely dark lightning.

Probably you are already laying down and try to find a comfort position.

Keep your phone away,

You know what time you need to wake up tomorrow,

But for now don't worry about it.

Now you are already extremely comfortable and ready for your night's sleep,

So let me voice guide you.

Bedtime is a sacred and deserving moment.

It's when your body relaxes and renews your energies.

No matter how many hours of sleep you have,

It's essential for your brain to understand that this break is necessary.

When you wake up tomorrow,

I'm sure you will feel very joyful,

Energetic and totally fine.

It's okay if you fall asleep in the middle of this meditation.

Your consciousness will continue to receive all messages through every sense.

Now let's start with a deep breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe deeply,

And when you breathe out,

You can feel more and more relaxed.

While you breathe,

Every fatigue of your day is being eliminated and you feel very comfortable right now.

Now focus on the right foot,

On the left foot.

Be grateful for your feet,

For caring and supporting you.

It takes you anywhere you need it.

Now bring your attention to your knees.

Think about how important your knees are to your life.

They are flexible like you.

During the day,

Your knees are constantly adapting for your comfort.

Turn your attention up your legs.

Feel your legs on your bed.

Now raise your focus on the base of your spine.

Imagine a red line forming.

This red line is radiant.

It energizes,

Rebalancing all your chakras and all your body.

You feel this red line going up your column.

Maybe you feel it pulsing and this energy goes up and expands all of your body.

And now you can feel that your body is totally relaxed and that you are part of this bed.

Your bed brings you all the comfort you need.

Everything is part of you and it's all keeping up with your night.

This red light keeps raising towards your head and you realize that this light it's going into your brain.

You notice that your mind is starting to become more and more still.

Just focusing on that light.

Imagine this light,

It spreads and penetrates every part of your brain.

This light becomes a powerful energy that calms your mind.

Now this light is responsible for make your brain able to restore every experience,

Moment,

Learning,

Everything you have lived during your day.

It will store in every little folder on your memory and it will make a room for you to learn and experience from the moment you wake up.

After that restful night's sleep.

When you wake up tomorrow you will feel light,

Rest,

Content,

Full of energy.

You will feel immense joy and gratitude.

When you wake up you will notice your night's sleep was great.

That is worthy to sleep and rest.

Now your brain is fixed for the new functions of the next day.

While you sleep its organs continue to work and you just need to rest.

Tomorrow will be a new day,

New experience,

A new routine,

And a new vibration.

Perhaps your conscious mind is not listening to me but your unconscious mind is fully paying attention to my voice.

And now this mind will program your brain so that you sleep peacefully without worrying and that you wake up exactly the time you need to wake up.

And you will feel totally fine.

But now it's time to keep sleeping and relaxing.

Let your dreams show you everything you need to know throughout that long night of sleep.

And when you wake up you will remember what you dreamt of and will be a beautiful and peaceful dream.

Dreaming makes your mind create your reality in a healthy way.

So you ready to dream freely and sleep?
