This is a guided meditation to drop into the body, connect with Mother Earth for grounding and support, and call in the full moon energy for wholeness and gratitude. I use visualization and embodiment to create an inner state of receptivity and acknowledgment of our wholeness.

Hello and welcome to meditation.

So I want to invite you to find a position for your body that is comfortable and that you can remain somewhat alert remain somewhat alert of what's alive for you,

But relax,

Dropping in and coming home to your body.

As you find this place,

This position,

I invite you to feel your body as fully as you can.

Feel any sensation that is present on your skin,

Inside your body.

Notice if there's any part of your body that is a little bit tensed,

And invite the breath to help you release any tension that you find.

With each inhale,

You can notice,

And with each exhale,

Invite the release.

Feeling the weight of your hands maybe resting on your laps,

Your legs resting on the floor,

Or wherever you're seated.

And feel a connection with the ground,

With the earth beneath you.

You can visualize that connection,

Maybe through a cord or a root,

Growing down into the earth from your body,

Or maybe just a light connecting you to the earth.

And as you connect,

And you feel this grounding,

You feel that you belong here,

At least for now.

You can connect with the energy of the moon,

Being grounded on this earth,

Feeling the support of the earth beneath you,

Feeling your connection with her,

With this mother.

You invite the energy of the moon,

The energy of fullness,

Of a reflection of all the light that you can receive.

And you can maybe invite that reflection of light to shine on you.

Feel bathe,

As if you're receiving the light of the moon,

The reflection of the sun,

Shining on your whole body.

How does it feel to receive this light in your body,

To open yourself up to receive,

To share this sense of fullness,

Wholeness?

And in receiving that fullness,

You reflect the same light.

You become the moon.

How does it feel to receive this light,

This fullness?

How does the body respond to being full,

Complete,

To have nothing else that you need to do,

But to receive in this moment?

Without any effort,

You are full by receiving,

Not doing anything.

How can you rest in this fullness within your body?

Where do you feel in your body the sense of wholeness,

Of worthiness,

Deservedness of the light that shines on you,

Of the fullness?

And from this place of no lack of fullness,

I invite you to connect with your intention,

An intention,

A desire that comes from being full already.

What's the desire that comes up,

That is alive within you when you are already whole?

What's the aspiration?

What do you want to create in your life from this place of fullness?

How do you want to open yourself up from this place of fullness?

How do you want to invent,

To create an identity that you feel connected to?

How do you want to care for yourself?

How do you want to become intimate with yourself,

With others,

From this place of fullness?

And maybe new desires,

New intentions,

Aspirations are born when you touch this place,

This place of you already being whole.

And I invite you to connect with whatever comes up,

Whatever intention is seedling within you,

Knowing that there's ground to plant,

There's the support of the earth.

I invite you to connect with your intention,

Your desire,

And have the capacity to show our fullness,

To reflect the light fully.

And again,

I invite you to connect with your body,

To ground again,

To feel the sensations,

To embody this experience of being human.

Notice any sensation that you might have present in your body right now.

Notice the balance of your head on the top of your spine.

Feel your arms resting again on your laps and your legs resting on the floor.

And take a deep breath in and release it out with the exhale.

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes again.
