Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or standing.

If you're sitting,

Plant your feet firmly on the ground and let your hands rest gently in your lap.

If you're standing,

Feel the solid earth beneath you.

Now softly close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your chest and belly to fully expand.

Hold this breath for just a moment and then gently exhale through your mouth,

Feeling the tension melt away with each breath.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Imagine a warm golden light entering your body with each inhale.

Feel it spreading from the top of your head down to your toes,

Feeling you with a sense of calm and inner peace.

This light is soothing,

Revitalizing,

And washing away any stress or fatigue that you've been carrying with you.

Notice how your body feels in this moment.

Allow any tightness in your shoulders,

Neck,

Or back to soften and release.

Let your jaw relax and notice how your mind begins to quiet down as you focus on the simple rhythm of your breath.

Thoughts may come and go,

And that's okay.

Just observe them without judgment,

Like leaves floating down a stream.

When you're ready,

Bring your attention back to the gentle rise and the gentle fall of your breath.

As you take your next breath in,

Feel yourself becoming more centered and more grounded.

With each exhale,

Let go of any remaining tension,

Knowing that for this moment,

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be.

Just be here,

Now,

In this peaceful space that you've created.

Take one final deep breath in,

Filling yourself with calm and positivity.

As you exhale,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying the sense of relaxation and clarity with you as you return to your day.

Remember this feeling of calm is always with you,

To be tapped into whenever you need.

You're doing great.

Take this peace with you about the rest of your day.
