Welcome.
My name is Jung Jin Moon and I'll be guiding you in this Dan Tian breathwork to awaken the divine feminine in the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Please be seated for this meditation on a surface that's comfortable and supportive for you.
I'm going to begin by relaxing your body.
I'm going to begin by relaxing your spine.
Relax your shoulders and back and place both of your hands over your womb space,
Just below the navel.
Close your eyes and breathe comfortably through the nose,
And breathe deeply with your awareness.
Relax the forehead,
The eyes,
The cheeks,
The jaw,
The lips,
And the tongue.
Relax the shoulders,
The hands,
The chest,
And the belly.
Now relax the pelvic floor,
The hip flexors,
The buttocks,
Legs,
And feet.
Begin to tune in to the sensations in and around your womb space now.
Feel with your hands,
Feel with your awareness.
Observe with your awareness.
Feel free to move your hands to caress or massage your womb space.
Do what feels good for you as we spend the next few moments connecting to the womb space.
In traditional Chinese medicine,
The womb reflects the health and harmony of a female's body,
Mind,
And spirit.
The womb is also the home of the lower dantian,
Which stores energy for the body.
Energy flows up from here into the middle dantian,
The energy reservoir for the mind,
And then continues flowing up into the upper dantian,
The energy center of the spirit.
Beginning from the womb,
Dantian breathwork unites body,
Mind,
And spirit,
Awakening the divine feminine in all aspects of our lives.
I'll read a quote from the book,
Woman Who Run With The Wolves.
Here,
The divine feminine is referred to as the wild woman.
The wild woman is the female soul,
Yet she is more.
She is the source of the feminine.
She is all that is of instinct,
Of the worlds both seen and hidden.
She is the basis.
She is intuition.
She is far seer.
She is deep listener.
She is loyal heart.
She encourages humans to remain multilingual,
Fluent in the languages of dreams,
Passion,
And poetry.
She is the voice that says,
This way,
This way.
With the palms of your hands on top of your womb space,
Allow both thumbs to meet and touch over the navel.
Touch your index fingers now,
Creating the shape of a diamond over your womb space.
This hand position is the yoni mudra,
Which deepens our connection to the womb.
At the center of this diamond shaped space that you've created with your hands is the lower dantian.
Fill this space with your awareness and begin to breathe in and out of the lower dantian.
Inhale for a count of three,
Exhale for a count of four.
On the inhale,
Feel the womb space expand.
On the exhale,
Draw the navel towards the spine,
Gently compressing the lower dantian.
Each breath gathers vital life energy,
Storing it in the lower dantian.
Keeping your awareness here,
Continue breathing in and out of this energy center.
Your focus goes,
Energy flows.
Keeping your awareness here as you breathe,
Charges the lower dantian with energy that supports your physical health and your mental health.
Your awareness here as you breathe charges the lower dantian with energy that supports your physical health,
Vitality,
Creativity,
And groundedness.
As energy gathers in the lower dantian,
You may begin to notice subtle sensations like a heaviness or warmth in the womb space.
This is completely normal.
Keep your awareness here and continue to breathe in and out through this energy center.
Keeping one hand over your womb space,
I invite you to place the other hand over your heart space now.
On your next deep inhale,
Breathe into the womb space and send the breath up into the heart.
Exhale,
Slowly release.
Now begin to breathe in and out through the center of your chest at the point between your nipples.
This is the location of the middle dantian,
The energy center for your mind and emotions.
Keeping your awareness at the middle dantian,
Inhale for a count of three,
Exhale for a count of three.
On the inhale,
The heart space expands.
On the exhale,
The heart space relaxes.
Each breath gathers energy into the middle dantian.
Continue breathing in and out for a count of three.
Remember where your focus goes,
Energy flows.
Keep your awareness at the center of your chest.
Charge the middle dantian with energy that supports you to live from the heart,
To experience all thoughts and emotions with compassion and acceptance and to honor the ups and downs of life with gratitude,
Grace,
And an open heart.
The wild woman is the female soul.
She is the source of the feminine.
She is deep listener.
She is loyal heart.
She encourages humans to remain multilingual,
Fluent in the languages of dreams,
Passion,
And poetry.
Keeping one hand over your heart space,
Raise the other hand and touch the space between your eyebrows.
This is where your upper dantian is located.
On your next deep inhale,
Breathe into the heart and send the breath up into the upper dantian.
Exhale,
Slowly release.
Begin to breathe in and out of the upper dantian now,
The energy center for consciousness,
Intuition,
Wisdom,
And spiritual awakening.
Feel free to keep your hands where they are or to rest them on your thighs.
Inhale for a count of three.
Exhale for a count of three.
With each breath,
Tune into the subtle expansion and contraction of the headspace.
Continue breathing in and out for a count of three.
Where your focus goes,
Energy flows.
Using the breath and awareness,
Charge the upper dantian with energy that supports you to awaken to your truth,
Your inner wisdom,
And your connection to spirit.
The wild woman is the female soul.
She is the source of the feminine.

Of the worlds both seen and hidden.

She is intuition.
She is far seer.
She is the voice that says,
This way,
This way.
Allow your breath to be natural and comfortable now.
I invite you to place the palms of your hands on your womb space in the yoni mudra once again,
With thumbs touching and index fingers touching.
As we come to an end,
We return to the point where we began our practice,
Reminding ourselves that energizing the three dantian of the body,
Mind,
And spirit all begins at the womb space.
Take one last deep breath in and out.
As you return to your home,
Allow your breath to be natural and comfortable now.
As we come to an end,
We return to the point where we began our practice,
Reminding ourselves that energizing the three dantian of the body,
Mind,
And spirit all begins at the womb space.
Take one last deep breath now,
And when you're ready,
