As we explore the anatomy of the moment, we find an infinite depth of simultaneous fullness and emptiness. Surrendering into the beauty of the now, we merge with all that is and become aware of the field of all possibilities. Through this process, we begin to reinvent who we are, effortlessly and with intention.

In today's practice,

We'll take time piercing the illusion of now,

Meaning diving beneath the worldly existence of superficiality,

Of this and that,

Of decisions here and there,

Of the mind's chatter,

Of emotions and feelings and thoughts,

Etc.

,

Etc.

And we'll dive beneath the surface of this existence into something powerful and infinite,

In the now moment.

So let's begin today by relaxing and becoming aware of the breath.

Notice how the breath moves in and out of the body.

And as we breathe,

Just noticing how we are today.

Thoughts and feelings probably come and go as we start to retrain the mind into its natural state of stillness.

And we're patient.

We simply breathe.

And as the moments pass,

We keep bringing our attention back to the breath over and over again,

Very gently,

Allowing the mind to settle and to rest.

And in a way,

The mind starts to relax onto the large cloud that is the breath,

As it moves in and out of the body in a more and more effortless way.

And we'll start to examine and experience the now moment.

As moments come and go and pass,

We'll continuously look and feel the power of the moment in the now.

Even now,

In this instant,

We begin to experience the infinite.

As we start to focus on this moment,

We begin to glimpse into the power of creation that exists in every moment,

Like now.

Like now,

We start to feel the vastness of the present moment and see that moments actually don't come and go.

There is only one moment.

And we start to experience the illusion of time.

We start to experience the illusion of the maya around us,

Meaning the illusion of all the things that most of us fill our days with.

The illusion of emotion and thoughts.

The illusion of separation between you and I.

And we dive into the infinite of the now.

With every breath,

We experience the spaciousness of the now.

We experience the extended quality of the moment.

And we start to experience the infinite of the now.

And we start to experience the infinite of the present.

And we start to allow ourselves to be immersed in the pure potentiality of existence itself.

And we are surrounded by the breath.

Time itself falls away.

And we are left in the giant eternality of now.

Though it does feel like and looks like an infinite void,

We are instantly reminded that we are surrounded and encompassed by love.

And there is a quality to the eternality of this now that is infinitely full and completely void.

And we start to see how this is the real.

This is the changeless.

This is the ultimate reality of all that is.

There is a tenderness and an innocence to this place as us.

There is a wonder and an awe and a delight that comes as we are reminded of this now moment by the breath.

In this place,

We allow more and more.

And we focus on the present.

And we focus on the quality of surrender.

To allow this experience of the now and its infinite to overtake us more and more.

We see this place as the temple of creation.

Infinite and vast and full.

And we're reminded how anything is possible.

Anything.

We can activate love from this place.

We can activate courage.

We can activate courage.

We can activate power as it is expressed in love and service to others.

And for a few moments in the infinite of this now,

Let us choose various qualities we would like to activate for ourselves in our own dharma.

Some qualities might be certainty,

Compassion,

Care,

Courage,

Becoming natural,

Peace,

Enlightenment,

Humility,

Confidence,

Or knowingness,

Or any other quality that might come to our mind.

And we bless and activate all of these qualities into existence from the eternal now where we now reside.

In the humility of love,

We welcome these aspects of ourselves as our birthright.

As these qualities make up the template for our life in the world.

And with every breath,

We return to the eternality of the now.

And tie this experience of the infinite to our breath.

Such that in any moment,

In any day,

We take one deep breath and we remember this aspect of reality.

At any moment with a breath,

We activate this experience of the infinite in its totality of love and potentiality.

And for this awareness and remembrance,

We bow to the greatness of the now in the now.
