There are many reasons why you stay stuck in a current pattern or find ways to sabotage your happiness. Give yourself the space to connect to your body to create new patterns and stories; find alignment and meaning in connecting to your true self so that you can materialize positive, lasting changes that finally help you to break free from your old patterns.

Find a comfortable position where you can just close your eyes nice and gently and soften your gaze downward.

Because as we continue this journey together,

You will find that at some point,

You're going to want your eyelids to stay shut.

But until then,

Just allow yourself to relax your gaze down and take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.

And with each breath that you take,

Allow yourself to settle more deeply into this moment because your body knows how to relax and it's done this countless times before.

So you're going to let that natural wisdom guide you deeply now.

Notice the weight of your body.

Feel yourself supported.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Allow gravity to hold you so that your shoulders can drop and your jaw can go slack.

In fact,

Because you are safe,

You can explore different postures like resting the tip of your nose and even allowing your tongue to rest comfortably in your mouth.

And I want you to remember that as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice,

That your unconscious mind will gently remember that you are safe in this moment,

In this space.

Because you are safe,

You can listen to my voice and allow any other sound to be a gentle reminder for your unconscious mind that you can just go deep.

As deep as your unconscious mind needs to go today,

As you continue breathing naturally,

Imagine with each exhale that you are just releasing any tension,

Any worry,

Any need to be anything,

Anywhere,

All at once,

Just here,

Nothing but now.

You're breathing,

Becoming slower and deeper,

More rhythmic,

Like gentle waves on a peaceful shore.

You are breathing,

In and out,

And at some point,

Maybe you'll notice your eyelids in and out,

Feeling so heavy in that you might let go in and to gently close all the way in,

Into a space where you can now imagine that you're standing at the top of a beautiful staircase,

And the staircase has ten steps leading down to a place of deep inner wisdom,

And with each step that you take,

You'll go twice as deep into relaxation,

Twice as deep into your inner knowing.

Ten.

Taking that first step down,

Feeling yourself beginning to descend.

Nine.

Another step.

Down.

Your body relaxing even more.

Eight.

Deeper still.

Your mind becoming quiet and calm.

Seven.

Half way down.

Now,

Feeling safe and supported.

Six.

Continuing down.

Any remaining tension just melting away.

Five.

Deeper and deeper.

Your conscious mind can rest now.

Four.

Almost there.

Feeling peaceful and serene.

Three.

Very deep.

Now,

Completely relaxed.

Two.

Up.

Ready to discover your inner wisdom.

And one.

You've arrived in that beautiful space within yourself.

Completely relaxed.

Completely open.

Completely ready.

In this peaceful state,

Your unconscious mind can now show you the patterns that no longer serve you.

These patterns were once useful.

They helped you survive,

Helped you cope.

But now they may be limiting your growth.

Perhaps you see patterns in your thoughts.

The same worries cycling through your mind.

The same self-doubts whispering,

Whispering.

Notice them now.

Without judgment.

Because they're simply habits that your mind has learned.

Perhaps,

Just maybe,

You recognize patterns in your emotions.

Old reactions that surface automatically.

Feelings that seem to repeat regardless of the situation.

Again,

Just observe.

These patterns developed for reasons that made sense at the time.

You might notice patterns in your behaviors.

The same responses,

The same choices,

The same ways of avoiding or approaching life.

See them clearly now.

With the compassion for the part of you that created these patterns to protect you.

And now,

Just imagine these patterns as old pathways through a forest.

Those well-worn trails that your mind and body have traveled many times.

See these pathways clearly now.

Some of these pathways served you well in the past.

They kept you safe when you needed safety.

They helped give you a sense of belonging when you needed connection.

Honor them for their service.

But now,

As you stand here inside,

Much deeper in your inner forest,

You realize you have a choice.

You can continue walking the same pathways or you can create new ones.

Pathways that lead where you truly want to go.

Take a moment to connect with who you're becoming.

And because questions are more powerful than statements,

Ask yourself questions like,

Who is the person I want to be beyond these patterns?

What do I think and feel and do if I'm free from the limitations that hold me back?

Imagine this new version of yourself.

See yourself thinking new thoughts.

Thoughts that support and encourage you.

Notice how different these thoughts feel.

Lighter,

More spacious,

More aligned with your truth.

See yourself feeling these new emotions.

More confident,

At peace,

Joyful.

Having more love for yourself and for others.

And perhaps you can ask your unconscious mind to let these new feelings wash through you now as you notice how right and natural they might feel.

As you imagine watching yourself taking these new actions,

Step into that vision of yourself now and make those choices that value your true worth.

Stepping into opportunities.

Speaking your truth with kindness.

Moving through this world with greater ease.

And allow your unconscious mind to create these new pathways with each step you take.

Rewiring.

Creating new neural pathways.

Because every cell in your body is listening.

Integrating these changes.

You might notice your nervous system recalibrating.

Slight twitches inside.

Sensations of prickles or tingling.

Or a different approach to the way that you're breathing.

Notice your breathing.

Shifting,

If not already having shifted.

And allow these patterns to become a part of you now.

At the deepest level,

Reintegrating your subconscious mind now.

Like fertile rich soil and these seeds begin to sprout.

And just take a moment to come back to your breath.

As your unconscious mind continues to rewire those pathways for you over the next few hours,

Next couple of days.

Taking a mental note to remember and notice your dream space.

How that changes.

Perhaps tomorrow noticing how you move slightly differently.

Make different choices than the old you has made.

Beginning.

Now,

Upon your ascent.

As you ascend,

Beginning to return.

Bringing with you everything that you've learned.

All of the resources that you need.

The insights.

The new patterns.

Bringing with you these positive changes.

I'm going to count off from 1 to 5.

When I reach 5,

You can open your eyes.

And feel refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

Renewed,

Completely transformed inside.

1.

Beginning to return.

Allowing your energy to gently flow back into your body.

2.

The awareness of your surroundings.

Your new patterns solidifying.

3.

Halfway back.

Feeling wonderful.

Feeling changed.

4.

Almost fully present now.

Your eyes still closed,

But you can get ready to open them.

And 5.

Eyes open.

Fully awake.

Fully present.

And completely renewed.

Take a moment to stretch.

Nice deep breath in.

Wiggle,

Shake yourself out.

And carry these positive changes with you into your day.
