Let us turn our awareness to the soul.
We have all been taught that the soul is inside of us,
Quite possibly located in the area of the heart,
The heart chakra,
The heart center,
Like the soul is a core fixed point within your body.
What is the soul?
It is your original code and it is eternal.
The ancient religion of Hinduism gives us a beautiful view of the soul,
One part of which we will delve into here.
Feel the center of your being.
Put your focus on and attend to your heart center.
Relate to it in a sensing way.
Imagine it as a star,
A tiny beautiful star at the very core of your being,
A star that is pure energy expressed as light.
There is no good or bad in light.
It is free,
Freely expressive-ness.
Now feel this star ever so,
Ever so slowly start to grow,
Start to expand,
Start to express openness and expansion.
What is a tiny little fixed point starts to spread and open and open and spread and fill your entire body.
It starts to fill your body completely all the way down to your fingertips,
To the ends of your toes and the crown at the top of your head.
You begin to realize that actually the star is growing bigger than your body itself and it breaks out of the limits of your physical body and keeps on expanding.
It has completely engulfed you.
It develops and widens and multiplies upon itself until you can feel yourself inside of it,
A huge cloud of essence and energy,
Wonder and light beautifully expanding in space and time.
Feel how that feels.
What does your nervous system transmit to you?
What sensations do you interpret?
What is magical about this star is that it keeps on expanding.
It doesn't hamper anything else.
It doesn't squeeze anything out of its own arena.
It just expands and grows to be bigger than a house,
A village,
A town,
A city.
And in it,
Within it,
At its very core,
At its very center,
Is a tiny little human being,
A manifestation in human form,
A human form that is protected,
Cared for,
Hell.
And the star,
My dear friend,
Is the soul.
And the soul is not inside of you.
You are inside of it.
And it is vast.
In fact,
The soul has no true limit because it is energetic and everything is energy,
Is it not?
It's not that it is connected to everything.
It is that it is everything.
When you understand that the soul is infinite and has a human form within it,
You start to understand the Hindu concept of Atman.
The soul is universal.
The soul as universal.
It is an expression of essence,
Of the totality of all that is and all that can be.
And you are expressed by it,
Not the other way round.
And you are protected and cared for by it,
Not the other way round.
The soul cannot be hurt or damaged.
The star is the truth of all eternity,
Expressing you,
Your thoughts,
Your feeling,
Your day.
The star,
The soul,
Is pure potential energy combined with original code.
Focus not on the content of your day.
Focus and feel much further than the confines of your actual physical form.
And allow your nervous system to breathe upward and outwards for miles and miles and miles.
And know that the soul,
That all-engulfing star of goodness and light,
Energy and wisdom is you,
The eternal you,
That happens to be experiencing this opportunity of life in human form,
With the human body as the primary sensing system.
Sit in the soul,
My sister,
My brother.
Just sit in the soul and feel its true,
Eternal nature.
