This is a space to practice self-compassion.

Take a breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now a longer breath,

Inhale and exhale.

Exhale long and exhale long.

Looking for the same rhythm between your inhalation and exhalation.

Breathe normally.

While you continue breathing,

Pay attention to how you feel.

What emotion appears,

Observe it.

Start to connect with yourself from a space of true.

Here you don't have to pretend or fake that everything is fine.

This is a real space for you.

How will you know how to cultivate self-compassion if you don't know what you need?

If you don't know what your body is asking for you today,

The first step is to be real with you.

Usefully this space is for you.

Keep breathing.

And each time connecting in total honesty and authenticity.

Let's travel back and see what beliefs appears that leads you to demand or perfection.

To not feeling value or worthy.

To not feeling enough.

See.

See what you heard or what someone told you.

First,

Find what is that phrase that connects you with that emotion that is implicit or comfortable for you.

Maybe it's an emotion of frustration,

Pain or disappointment.

Maybe it's what that you were told.

You shouldn't do it that way.

Think with something that made you feel you should do it differently.

How could you create compassion for yourself?

There is a road to travel.

A gap between then and now.

And knowledge that path,

That space.

Because it is a learning place for you.

Where you can choose to be compassionate with you.

Look at yourself from a space of love and walk from there.

This is what it is at this moment.

Even if you don't like it,

Even if it hurts,

Tell yourself,

I choose to walk this journey for me.

That is the belief that you insert in you or maybe others did.

I must make everything perfect.

I must do everything different.

I need to earn the love.

I am not going to do it right.

I can't do it.

I don't deserve it.

And just by listening to these phrases,

Watch how is it in your body when you connect with not feeling your worth,

When you connect into that emotion,

What comes up?

One can also be to connect with vulnerability.

Also see what part of your body connects.

The part that doesn't feel enough,

That needs to be seen to be held.

Breathe.

And feel.

To heal is to feel.

Allow yourself to feel with gentleness,

With that special being that you are.

And from there,

Choose to walk that bridge,

That gap.

See.

Observe that path,

That place to which you're going.

What color it has.

What sensation appears.

And if your eyes are full of tears or there is any particular emotion,

Thank yourself because this is part of the journey.

You don't have to be or show something that is not alive with your inner self.

Inside there is so much beauty.

From that vulnerability,

You shine.

Keep observing that place you have arrived,

A space created for you.

How it is.

How the walls are.

Are there any color?

Has a special smell?

What they say to you.

And from there,

What thoughts arise?

What phrases come to you?

Maybe it's all good.

Accept your own process.

Accept your own process.

Open yourself to love.

Open yourself to love.

Welcome.

Welcome home.

Welcome.

Welcome home.

Trust.

Trust,

Inside you have all the answers.

Trust,

Inside you have all the answers.

Listen to your deepest true.

Listen to your deepest true.

Be gentle with yourself.

Be gentle with yourself.

Embrace yourself.

Embrace yourself.

You have arrived where you were looking for.

You have arrived where you were looking for.

If you wish,

You can put your right hand over your heart.

And see what you feel.

What has opened up for you.

What you can take away from here today.

What you can continue to practice.

Practice love.

Namaste.
