Take a nice deep breath in all the way down to the belly.
And slowly exhale.
Nice deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Last one,
Deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Go ahead and relax the breath,
Keeping it low in the belly.
Allow your breath to find that natural flow,
That relaxed breathing.
Just like the flow of an ocean wave,
The rhythms should match.
Breath comes in,
Tide comes in,
Breath goes out,
Tide goes out.
Keep your back nice and straight.
Relax your shoulders.
Feel that relaxation move down your arms all the way to the ends of your fingers.
Feel that breath flowing nice and even.
Feeling your body relax.
We're going to begin our meditation today just walking,
Visualizing ourselves,
Standing on a path,
The ground under our feet,
Raising your gaze outward.
You can see the path stretching out in front of you.
Behind you,
Maybe you hear sounds of nature,
Birdsong,
Trees flowing in the breeze.
We're going to begin to walk,
Feeling our feet rise and fall and reconnect with the earth with every step.
Our walk matching our breath and keeping everything nice and relaxed.
Today we're going back to visit a place that's created a foundation for us,
A place we learned to love,
A place we learned to understand the world.
Going back to visit our childhood home.
As we do,
I want you to know that you're always safe.
We're not going back to visit things that might be harmful or sad.
We're only going back to understand some of the things that happened then and how we are today.
As you're walking down this path,
I want you to see your childhood home come into view.
I want you to walk up to the front steps or the front door and just wait for a moment.
I'm not going to have you go in alone.
As you're standing in front of the door waiting,
You will have a guest join you.
Someone walking up the path,
Meeting you at the house.
This face may be familiar and maybe someone that you don't know.
When they arrive,
I want you to ask them how they're here to help you.
We'll do that again before we leave.
When you walk into the house,
You might notice that you're a certain age in the house,
Almost like a time capsule.
You'll be able to walk through but not really affect anything.
You're only observing.
I'm going to count back from three to one.
We're going to step through the front door,
You and your guest,
On three,
Two,
One.
Go ahead and step through the door.
Back into a memory,
A moment from your childhood.
As you step into the house,
I want you to take a look.
Notice the things that stand out,
Things that come into your mind from your memories.
I want you to find your bedroom.
You might even see yourself there playing or reading.
Walk into the bedroom with your guest.
Take a mental note where your eyes fall,
The things that stand out.
When you see your younger self,
I want you to watch and observe.
I want you to follow them around the house.
Watch them have interactions with other family members.
Remember the things that were important to you.
This is where I'm going to leave you for a while.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
I want you to be aware of the things that are important to you.
As you're moving through the house,
Following your younger self with your guest next to you,
I want you to ask them again,
How are they helping you?
What do you need to see?
Is there something they're meant to show you?
Wait for the response to come.
It might come like a thought that you already know.
It's okay if you feel like you're making it up.
You need to hear it.
Feel the answer in your body.
Allow yourself to be guided to the answer and shown.
It's time for the two of you to leave the house,
Coming back to the front door,
Exiting once again on one,
Two,
Three.
The two of you,
You and your guest walking back to the path.
We have one more place to bring you.
As you walk,
I want you to feel your feet once again rise and fall,
Your breath flowing nice and even through your body,
Your guest next to you.
You're going to approach another house with another door.
This time the outside of the house doesn't necessarily need to look familiar to you.
The two of you walk to the door,
Stand outside of it.
Inside is another memory,
A moment where you can link what you saw as a younger self to yourself as an adult,
The pattern,
Something repeating,
Something that you need to see and understand the connection to,
We're only observing once again,
Seeing so that we can be aware.
Place your hand on the doorknob and step into the door,
Three,
Two,
One,
Finding yourself back in a memory.
Your guest is there to help you,
He'll guide you to what you need to see.
Find the version of you and watch.
I'll call you back when it's time.
I'll call you back when it's time.
I'll call you back when it's time.
I'll call you back when it's time.
I'll call you back when it's time.
I'll call you back when it's time.
It's time for you and your guests to leave this place,
Walking back through the door on one,
Two,
Three,
Standing back outside once again.
The two of you making your way to the path.
I want you to ask your guest how they're connected,
What you're meant to see.
In your hand,
They're going to place a gift,
Something to help you,
Something to solidify the truth in it for you.
Feel the gift in your hand and look at it and then pull it into your heart center.
Two of you walking along the path,
Feeling your feet rise and fall,
Watching your guests slowly disappear from your side.
And once again,
Standing on the path alone.
Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in all the way down to your belly and slowly exhale.
Bring your hands together in prayer position.
Take a moment for reflection,
Gratitude for your journey,
Love for yourself.
Take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes and come back to me.
Well thank you for getting to the end and listening to me and joining me on this journey.
I know it's been a long time since I've posted a meditation since June or July.
I just had a lot going on and now I'm happy to getting back to my routine and sharing my meditation journey with all of you that are listening.
So thank you.
I really appreciate it.
Today's meditation was really focused on,
I would say the energies of our lower chakras and how we learn to be.
Habits we learn how we learn to love,
How we learn to acknowledge and exchange.
And some of that is nearly who we are,
But we also have learned behaviors and habits and it's hard to break them if we don't understand first where they come from.
So that's really the intention of the meditation today.
The guest that comes in,
I love when people tell me about the randomness of that guest,
But is that guest really random?
So when that guest comes and sometimes they're just a guide and sometimes they're someone that you knew in life,
Is it someone that you have had difficulty with and is it a relationship you need to heal and how is that related to the rest of your meditation?
So these are some of the questions you can ask yourself when that guest comes.
The guest gift at the end,
Sometimes this is really a sign for us to accept and believe what we're seeing in meditation because we so often make feel like we're making it up and that's okay too.
We don't just automatically see when I guide,
You're meant to bring these things up in your mind until it just comes without you trying.
So I hope you enjoyed today's meditation and as always,
I hope it brings you a little bit closer to wholeness.
I wish you all the best.
