In this track of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for anxiety, you have a guided series of tapping sequences on specific acupressure points on the body. The track includes calming affirmations and prompts to release the anxiety from your body. This track is fit for all types of anxiety. If you feel anxiety over a topic in your life,

You can reduce its intensity through EFT tapping.

I am Gianna Raishi and I am an energy coach.

This is a script reducing the anxiety symptoms in your body.

Its goal is to make you feel better emotionally.

When it is time to begin tapping,

Sit down in a comfortable position.

You can sit on the floor,

On a chair or even your couch.

The angle of your spine is very important and in order to maximize the free flowing energy you are attempting to facilitate,

You need to sit up straight.

You can take slow and deep breaths naturally as you move through the tapping session.

Slowly turn your attention to your mind and your mental well-being.

Take a moment to clear your mind of any particular thoughts before you begin tapping.

Let them leave.

Let all other unrelated thoughts go.

How are you feeling?

How do your arms feel?

Your legs?

Pay attention to the joints.

How do the muscles feel?

Do you feel any aches or pains?

What about your head,

Neck,

Shoulders and throat?

What emotions are you experiencing?

Are they connected to what you want to tap on?

Begin to direct your attention towards what you will be tapping on.

Think about what the issue is.

Listen and receive the feedback your body and mind is giving you.

Let other thoughts go and focus just on the issue you will tap on.

Think about how it is making you feel right now.

When you are feeling focused and self-aware,

Ask yourself how anxious you are at that time.

On a scale between 1 and 10,

Where 1 is the minimum level of anxiety and 10 is the maximum,

Most overwhelming amount of anxiety,

Pick the number that best corresponds to your current feeling and it is time to begin your tapping session.

Tap gently.

There is no need to be aggressive with yourself or hurt yourself.

You will tap in 10 different points beginning with the hand,

The side of the hand,

Then the inner wrist,

Then the top of your head,

The inner eyebrows,

The outer side of the eye,

Under the eye,

Under the nose,

The chin,

The collarbone,

And under your arms.

You'll find a lot of images online with the exact spot of each point that can guide you.

Just tap for these EFT points.

At certain points,

You will feel that the tension releases more easily than others.

It means that that exact spot has collected the negative tension energies.

So continue at that spot till you feel the most release.

Each one reacts differently throughout the same situation.

A person can feel anxiety through different thoughts in the crown chakra.

Other people will have that tension more around the eyes as what they see around them triggers the body tension.

Release in that point will allow to detach emotionally the eye anxiety trigger.

The release of tension can be through yawning,

Release of negative emotions,

Stretching,

Etc.

Sometimes,

The more you tap,

The more you feel some energy of release building and building,

Then keep tapping till the release is complete.

Let's begin.

Start by tapping with two fingers,

Each on point 1,

The side of the hand or the carotid chop point.

Begin with the hand of your choice and say out loud,

Even though I am feeling so much stress and overwhelming emotions right now,

I profoundly and completely love and accept myself.

I profoundly love and accept the way I feel right now.

I profoundly love and accept myself and everything that I am.

Now tap the other hand,

Repeating out loud,

Even though I am feeling so much stress and overwhelming emotions right now,

I profoundly and completely love and accept myself.

I profoundly love and accept the way I feel right now.

I profoundly love and accept myself and everything that I am.

Now move on to tapping on point 2,

The inner wrist.

You can tap with two fingers on the other hand's wrist.

Say out loud,

Even though I feel so much stress and turmoil in my life right now,

Even though sometimes the stress feels overwhelming,

Even though sometimes I feel like I can't focus on anything or function the way I want to because of these intense feelings,

Even though I feel this way,

I profoundly love and accept myself and my body and the way it feels right now.

Now tap the other hand and repeat out loud,

Even though I feel so much stress and turmoil in my life right now,

Even though sometimes the stress feels overwhelming,

Even though sometimes I feel like I can't focus on anything or function the way I want to because of these intense feelings,

Even though I feel this way,

I profoundly love and accept myself and my body and the way it feels right now.

And now move on to tapping point 3,

The top of the head.

The top of your head is connected to the 7th chakra that distributes the energy to the other chakras of your body.

It is important to clear any negative thoughts from it.

Use two fingers of each hand and say out loud,

I love the way my body feels right now.

I know my body responds this way to try to protect me.

I know this is my body's natural reaction and I love and accept that my body wants me to be safe from harm.

I am profoundly grateful for this reaction.

I love and accept every part of my body and I love and accept all the things it does for me.

I am protected and safe.

Feel how your body reacts.

Does it release tension?

Monitor if there is a change.

Move on to tapping point 4,

The inner eyebrows.

Say out loud as you tap,

I know what it feels like to feel calm and free of stress.

I know what it feels like to be completely safe without any worries or disturbances in the world.

I love and accept that my body wants to protect me from harm so that I may return to a peaceful calm.

Even though I have so much anxiety and stress right now,

I know what calm feels like.

Move on to tapping point 5,

Outer side of the eye.

Tap with both hands and say out loud as you tap,

I am open to feeling calm and relaxed as I move through my blockages and disturbances,

Releasing all of these intense emotions that have built up within me,

Embracing calmness,

Embracing peacefulness.

Embracing my body is naturally a peaceful flow of energy.

Now let's move on to tapping point 6,

Under the eye.

Tap with both hands and say out loud as you tap,

I have control over my body.

I have control over my emotions.

I have control over all of my feelings.

I have control over the way my energy flows.

I am in control and no one else can control me.

I can feel the stress and anxiety starting to leave my body.

I can feel my energy starting to flow as the blockages and disturbances become smaller and smaller.

Move on to tapping point 7,

Under the nose,

Between the nose and the mouth.

Tap with your fingers and say out loud as you tap,

These remaining stress and intense emotions in my body are hard to let go.

I understand that my body does not want me to let it go.

I understand that my body wants to keep it.

My body wants to keep me safe.

My body wants to protect me.

And I have spent so much time trying to ignore it or pretend it isn't there.

Move on now to tapping point 8,

The chin,

And say out loud as you tap,

But now I laugh and accept that my body responds this way.

I profoundly love and accept myself,

Even with these overwhelming emotions.

I profoundly love and accept every single part of myself,

Even with all of this stress.

And although I am now ready to let it go,

I know that even if I don't let it go,

That I still completely love and accept every part of myself.

And now move on to tapping point 9,

The collarbone,

And say out loud as you tap,

But I am ready to let go of these remaining emotions that cause me turmoil.

I don't need them anymore.

I can feel them leaving my body and I can feel the calm and peace coming into my body.

I know that this feeling of peacefulness is within me now.

I know this feeling of calmness is within me now.

And I embrace these feelings within me now.

Move on to tapping point 10,

Which is under your arm,

And say out loud as you tap,

I may still feel stress and I may still feel overwhelming emotions.

I recognize it and I may feel it,

But I will not criticize myself for having these feelings.

I am choosing to just recognize that they are there and recognize how I feel,

And it is okay.

I love and accept myself,

Even with all these intense emotions.

I love and accept that it is my body trying to protect me,

And I love and accept myself enough to let it go.

We have finished now with the tapping.

Congratulations!

Do you notice any changes?

Ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10,

How are you feeling right now?

1 is the minimum level of anxiety,

And 10 is the maximum level of anxiety.

Normally it reduces the level of stress by at least 1 or 2 points each time.

So please,

Redo this EFT protocol 2 to 3 times at least,

And notice the changes.
