Transcript

Find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes.

Take this opportunity to deepen your breathing.

Breathe in through your nose and into your belly.

Deeply exhale,

Soften your shoulders.

Allow yourself to surrender into this present moment.

Feel into your body.

Take another deep breath.

Become aware of any emotions that you're carrying with you.

Gather up the ones that you don't want to feel anymore and exhale them out of your body.

Make a commitment to yourself to remain present throughout this entire meditation.

Now I want you to take your right hand and place it over your heart.

Feel the warmth radiating from your heart.

Allow yourself to tune in to this energy.

Really feeling into your body.

Knowing that this is a safe space.

Allowing yourself to open up your heart.

Allowing yourself to be courageous enough to live with an open heart.

Knowing that your heart will guide you.

Your heart knows what's best for you.

All at once is an opportunity to serve you.

Keeping your breathing deep and allowing yourself to surrender more fully into this moment.

Committing to letting go of all of the hurts from the past.

And asking yourself,

What would it feel like to live with an open heart?

What would it feel like to feel deep joy and deep gratitude for every breath,

For every experience?

When we look back,

There are many times that some of the most painful experiences brought us the most personal growth.

And if you choose to tune into your heart,

If you choose to live with an open heart,

Life becomes more whole,

More complete.

Joy and gratitude are our natural state.

Allowing yourself to fully feel what love would feel like.

To fully feel what a joyful life would feel like.

And memorizing this emotion so you can come back to it over and over as your day progresses.

Taking little one minute breaks to tune into this energy.

Committing yourself to a more loving and joyful existence.

Good.

Now surrender this feeling to the universe and allow yourself to just be for a few moments.

Finding the void,

Finding the space where there's no time.

You can become nobody.

There's an infinite blackness within.

Allow yourself to surrender.

Allow yourself to be still.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to this present moment.

And whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
