This is a Healing Daily Dose Breathwork meditation where you be guided in a meditation where you will be breathing to a rhythm to brain entrainment beats. The first few minutes explaining how to do the meditation and the benefits of the meditation itself is 22 mins long.

Hi,
My name is Jessica Michelle Torna and I am a SomaBrah transformational coach and a holistic energetic healer.
And I'm going to be guiding you through a very powerful breathwork meditation that will last no longer than 22 minutes.
When I mean very powerful,
I mean,
It really is very powerful.
In this meditation,
They're going to be guiding you through,
It's not only going to help you release any tension,
Stress and anxiety,
It's going to help you really unlock your own inner pharmacy,
And it's going to shift your nervous system,
And even your subconscious mind.
In SomaBrah,
We breathe in a rhythm,
We actually,
It's important to breathe in a rhythm always,
And always be more aware of the way you're breathing consciously.
It's important to always breathe in through your nose and diaphragm.
Why?
Because when you breathe in through your nose and diaphragm,
You're actually,
One,
The air that you're breathing in,
The oxygen gets filtered better through your lungs,
And you're activating nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide is the wonder drug.
It's super powerful.
It is an anti-inflammatory,
Antibacterial,
Antiviral.
It also helps release all the feel-good hormones,
Oxytocin,
Dopamine,
Serotonin.
It reduces anxiety.
It's also a bronchio and a vasodilator,
Meaning it helps relax your muscles in your body,
And it helps relax the bronchioles in your lungs.
So when we learn to slow our breath rate down also,
We're going to be doing that in this meditation safely.
A lot of powerful things can happen.
One,
You can activate your own anti-aging hormones.
You can even activate your own stem cells,
And you can even,
When you do it in a daily basis,
You can even reset the default mode network,
Which is where the ego lies,
Where our limiting beliefs,
All those better programming and imprints are live there,
And you can reprogram your beliefs and affirmations.
So in SomaBreath,
We combine rhythmical breathing,
Which is breathing in and out in a certain rhythm without pause.
You should always be breathing in and out,
In through your nose and eye or from an out through your mouth.
Why in SomaBreath we breathe out through your mouth?
Because you preserve the nitric oxide.
So we're going to be breathing in a rhythm of in for two,
Out for four,
And then breathing in for four and out for four.
And I'm going to be guiding you the entire time.
So we use chanting and really vocal production on the extended exhalations of the aum.
So there are different forms.
This is a form of humming.
When you hum and you produce this sound,
Aum,
It actually activates the three major areas of your chakra,
Which,
You know,
The chakras are the parts of the endocrine system that produce and regulate your hormones.
So when you hum and you produce these sounds,
You actually produce nitric oxide 15 times more in your body.
So we use this a lot.
So we're going to be breathing in and we're going to be breathing out in a rhythm.
I'm going to guide you through the whole time and we also use visual guided meditation,
Which uses affirmation.
So when your nervous system and your subconscious mind gets reset and you start to listen to these visual guided affirmations and you repeat it quietly in your mind,
It can actually reset,
Like I said,
That default mode network.
And you can really start to believe and feel those affirmations.
Because sometimes we can say affirmations,
But unless we really do the inner work and work on ourself,
It's not what we want that gets manifested and magnetized.
It's how we feel and think the thoughts that we're having is what gets manifested.
That is what becomes true.
So if we don't feel that we have,
If we don't have good self-worth,
Self-confidence,
Or good self-image or concept of ourselves,
Then that is what's going to show up,
Not what you want.
So you really need to put in the work.
And this is a very powerful meditation.
This is actually what I heard when I went through my journey.
I had to undergo emergency spinal surgery.
And in my case,
I chose,
I didn't want to depend on medications other than what they gave me on the surgery.
I didn't use medications,
And I used this daily dose that helped me not only heal rapidly more than what the normal person would,
It helped release my pain.
And it was really powerful.
But then again,
I consistently put in the work.
So I'm going to guide you of the steps of how to do it.
I want to go over some contraindications because we are going to do breath retentions.
But if you have any of these contraindications,
You can continue to do the breath work.
There's nothing that's going to happen.
I'm just going to give you an alternative during the breath retention not to use holding your breath.
We're going to,
Breath retention is holding your breath for a period of time.
We're only going to hold it for like 30 to 60 seconds.
You go up to your comfort zone.
You're going to hold it to where you can.
Know that when you hold it for a period of time,
You can unlock your own stem cells and even reset that default mode network.
But you go as far as your comfort allows.
Your body's going to feel like,
Oh,
I need to breathe.
I need to breathe because we're not used to that.
But studies show that when you slow your breath rate down,
Like I said,
You release anti-aging hormones.
You unlock a lot of chemicals in natural chemicals in your body and neurotransmitters that helps even create neural plasticity.
And it helps reset and reprogram your mind.
And it feels good in your body.
And so if you suffer from any cardiac issues,
Cancer,
You're pregnant,
You have epilepsy or an acute chronic terminal illness,
Then you do not want to hold your breath.
You do not want to hold your breath.
You're going to be doing humming where you breathe in.
Or you could continue to breathe in that rhythm of 2,
4,
2,
4.
That's totally fine too.
But if you don't have any of those conditions and you have a set of lungs,
This is perfectly safe.
And what you do is the way you do the breath retention,
Which I'm going to guide you,
But I want to explain it before I go into the meditation to not break the flow.
You're going to breathe in through your nose and diaphragm.
And then you're going to release the air out.
You can release a tone or just release the air out,
Blow it out.
And then you're going to hold your breath.
Know that if you have tinnitus or also hernia,
This could aggravate it,
But this is why we do the neck lock,
Where you're going to tuck your chin into your chest,
Just relax,
And find a comfortable space.
When you breathe in and you release all the air out,
You're going to hold your breath on the exhale.
And then I'm going to guide you.
And you're just going to push past comfort zone.
I'm telling you,
When you push past a little bit of comfort zone,
You're going to see that the real magic happens and your thought files reassemble.
And you really,
Really release a lot.
So you're going to hold your breath.
And then I'm going to tell you,
If you can't hold it any longer,
Fight that first urge.
You're going to breathe in through your nose,
And you blow the air out quickly out the mouth with first lift.
Hold your breath again.
This time,
You're going to go further.
And you can repeat that two times.
You can repeat that another time,
A total of two times.
You release the air,
You hold your breath again.
This time,
You're going to go further.
And so you have to try to fight that first urge.
And then when you can't hold it any longer,
You're going to breathe in again through your nose and your breath.
You're going to lose your mouth closed.
You're going to hold your breath and squeeze your pelvic floor and sphincter muscles,
The muscles you will use to go to the bathroom.
You're going to squeeze that.
Why?
This is also an anti-inflammatory.
It activates your life force energy.
It brings all that cerebral spinal fluid from the base of your spine all the way up.
And it releases all those feel good hormones too.
Then you're going to release with a tone.
So we're going to try to go further,
10 seconds.
And then you're going to release with a tone.
And then we go back into breathing and beats.
It's just two rounds.
And don't worry,
I'm going to guide you through the entire step.
So you're going to hear my voice.
My voice is going to be your guide.
All you have to do is relax.
I urge you to either lay down.
You don't have to be cross-legged to meditate or do this breath work.
The key is comfort.
The key is comfort.
So you can sit.
Just make sure that you're supported.
Your back is erect.
Your spine is supported.
So you can lay down on the floor,
On a mat,
On the bed,
Or sit on the chair that has support.
Because sometimes the energy is flowing so strong that your body is moving without you even knowing it.
And throughout this time,
We're going to just close your eyes and get into the zone.
If you feel like when your mind is,
You have too much stuff going on in your mind,
It's OK.
Don't fight that.
Just focus your eyes,
Gaze in between your eyebrows,
And continue to breathe.
And you're going to see it's going to quiet down,
I guarantee you.
So let's get started.

So get comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Sit comfortably with your back straight in an upright position.
But you can lie down with your arms by your side,
Legs out straight where you would not be disturbed.
Now bring your awareness to your breath as you breathe in and out.
That's right.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now bring your awareness to an intention of gratitude.
A moment time where you really felt blessed and grateful.
By becoming aware of this time when you were truly grateful for being alive,
For being a human on this incredible experience called life.
Now imagine there's a movie playing in your mind projecting that movie out where you are the lead character.
Doing what it is that makes you feel truly grateful and blissful and joyful.
A moment where you embody all these feelings and deep sensations of deep gratitude,
Love,
Joy and flow.
Go back to that moment.
As you breathe in and out.
Now bring your awareness into the future moment where you would feel truly grateful if you completed one task or achieved one simple goal for that day.
Make this into the near future.
Either tomorrow,
The following week where you know that by completing this task you would also feel sensations of deep gratitude.
Continue to project these good sensations,
This moment of deep gratitude of you being able to complete the task or even a sensation you want to feel.
Project this movie out and move it out in your mind's eye.
That's right breathing in and embodying those feelings of deep,
Deep gratitude as though they're happening right now in the present moment.
See that moment that created that bliss,
That joy,
That outcome.
And if you cannot think into the future then just embody all these feelings of gratitude for the present moment and make it real by turning up the dial.
One of those good sensations as we begin to breathe in a rhythm and you carry forward this vision.
Start this Soma journey as we breathe in and out.
Notice the feelings of gratitude expand and amplify.
That's right and when I say in you're going to breathe in and when I say out you're going to breathe out in a perfect rhythm and groove of the music.
In and out.

Know that when you really allow your body to just release it on the inhale when you exhale don't be afraid to exhale.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Inhale to exhale two three four.
In two out two three four.
In out.

Notice as you breathe that feeling of gratitude and a rhythm of in for two out four four.
Notice as you breathe that feeling of gratitude expands and turn up the dial on those good sensations with every breath you take in and out.
That's right.
Imagining that you are breathing in gratitude and breathing out love and allow all those good feelings good sensations in.
Breathing in for two.
Love for four.
That's right breathing in and out in a slow smooth consistent rhythm.
Making sure that your breath is in smooth constant rhythm like an ocean wave.
And as you breathe in and out imagine these feelings of gratitude expanding into every single cell of your body healing and nourishing you with those good feelings good sensations of gratitude.
That's right in for two.
In two out two three four.
Breathe in two out two three four.
Feeling the expansion throughout your body as you wake up all of your blood vessels.
Feeling a warm tingling sensation growing inside your body and notice as you breathe in a rhythm of feeling of gratitude begins to grow and expand.
Notice where this feeling begins from.
Now you're going to give it a color and observe this color expanding and rising with every breath you take in and out.
That's right in for two out two three four.
Notice as it expands so does the feeling of deep gratitude and all these good feelings good sensations of being grateful.
That's right.
Breathe in breathe out.
In two out two three four.
In two out two three four.
Breathe in two out two three four.
That's right getting ready to take a deep breath.
That's right feeling yourself supercharging as you breathe fully in.
That's right fully in fully in and fully out.
Squeeze release on the exhale relax your muscles.
Now you're going to let go and breathe fully out.
Hold your breath.
Hold past comfort and know that life is a series of inhales and exhales and as you hold your breath you go into a moment of deep relaxation and inner peace.
As you hold your breath you press pause on life.
You go into a moment of deep relaxation.
Hold keep going further.
This allows the thought files to reassemble giving you a sense of freedom clarity and joy and if you get an urge to breathe override that first sensation to breathe you can do it and just push it a little bit beyond that comfort zone and take a little sip of air in and exhale fully out again.
Knowing the air out hold your breath.
This time you're going to go further you're going to connect even deeper to your higher self going back into that deep state of meditation bring your awareness to those good feelings good sensations of all this energy that you have just brought into your body healing and nourishing every cell.
As you go deeper and deeper within your own mind enjoy the bliss.
Push past that comfort zone.
Making sure your breath is a smooth consistent rhythm like an ocean wave.
Past now you're going to breathe in squeeze your pelvic floor muscles or body and overcome any fear any sense of control let go and surrender to the moment as you break free and liberate yourself.
That's right hold and when you get a big strong urge to breathe breathe fully in hold and squeeze your pelvic as fit the muscles a bit hold your breath for as long as it feels comfortable and just gently let go with a sigh of good feelings.
That's right breathe in again squeeze and exhale out.
That's good let's get ready to breathe in beats.
Ready exhale.
In two three four out two three four in two three four out two three four out two three four out.
This time breathing in the rhythm of in for four out.
In two three four out in two three four out two three four in out in out.
In two three four out two three four in out in two three four out two three four.
As you breathe in squeeze your pelvic floor muscles as you breathe in before now exhale out and relax the muscles.
In two three four out.
In for four and out for four.
That's right supercharge with all this new energy from the universe call it in let's breathe in for four and out for four.
That's right because you are amazing you are a miracle and you already have everything you need to receive infinite love how well abundance it's all yours.
Open your mind and connect to the white light within this is who you truly are that's right that's right keep breathing keep connecting in two three four out two three four got this keep it up keep breathing in two three four out two three four keep connecting keep breathing in a rhythm because you're amazing.
In two three four out two three four in two three four.
As you breathe in gratitude and breathe out love.
Make your intention clear and embody this future moment where you experience the greatest joy the greatest liberation knowing that you're on the right path the journey to where you want to go where you deserve to flow as you grow become one with all that is as you were amazing your miracle of life you have everything you need to see just open your heart and let the love for it that's right is out in two three four out two three four in two three four out two three four in two three four breathe in feel the joy feel the passion embody the feeling of success of the markets as you breathe in this rhythm four four and out step into who you truly are you deserve to be become one with that moment of absolute joy and freedom that's right in out in two four out two three four feel the love feel the joy feel the happiness feel the bliss breathe into this rhythm supercharge your left supercharge every cell of your body breathe into the air breathe in through the air breathe out through the air breathe out of your lungs letting go of all the remaining air and hold your breath as long as it feels good.
Hold.
Going back to that moment of absolute stillness in this whole past comfort.
Deepness,
Most profound state of meditation.
As you connect with the essence of your soul.
Imagine all this new energy as you pause your breath.
It's penetrating every cell,
Every organ in your body.
The soul months supercharging you with your future.
Aligning your inner world with your outer world with your truth.
Push past comfort.
Taking you into absolute states of flow.
As you go beyond what you thought was possible.
Keep holding.
And when you get that first sensation to breathe,
Override that first sensation.
Then take a little sip of air in,
Blow the air out,
Exhaling fully.
Holding your breath.
This time pushing further past comfort.
Hold.
Going beyond the comfort zone.
When you pause your breath,
Pause life,
Your thought files reassemble,
You hit the reset.
And as you go beyond comfort zone,
This is when the real strength occurs.
This is when the growth,
The expansion,
The truth of who you are.
Where you turn the impossible to I'm possible.
Hold.
So when you get that next sensation to breathe,
Over that sensation one more time.
Then take a full breath deeply in.
Fully in.
Hold your breath.
Pull in.
Hold your breath.
Squeeze and imagine shooting up this energy up and up and up from the base of your spine and hold your breath fully in.
Little bit longer.
Imagine sending this electric current of consciousness up into your membrane,
Illuminating your higher power.
Imagine that white light starts to radiate all the way through your body as you squeeze and hold squeeze and hold your breath illuminating,
Expanding,
Radiating out into the cosmos.
Sending information to your higher self to bring absolute alignment.
And when you can't hold it any longer,
Breathe in and blow the air out.
Breathe in again.
Squeeze.
Hold.
And let out a tone.
Oh no.
That's right.
Go back into your normal way of breathing.
Be grateful for the feeling that you give to others as you vibe at a higher frequency.
Notice as you vibe as this higher frequency begins to help you attract the tribe that is also at your wavelength,
Your support group,
Helping and supporting you forward through your journey in life.
As you go back to your normal rhythm of breathing.
