This short yoga nidra practice guides you into a quiet, healing space for complete rejuvenation. The various visualisations encourage deep relaxation on every level: physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally, and as you move through the practice physical and mental tensions are effortlessly released. The body's natural healing processes are activated, and your awareness is guided inwards to quietly rest with your authentic self, allowing for healing to occur wherever it is needed. Included in the practice is a body scan visualising golden light illuminating the energy centres of the body, exploration of the opposites comfort and discomfort, visualisation of breathing healing light anywhere that needs it, and time to rest in stillness and allow the healing to gently happen.
