Let's center ourselves and use the power of the full moon to get in touch with our emotions.

To allow the light of the bright full moon to show us what we need to let go of.

Which roots are strangling our garden so that we can start to plant only the things and nourish only the things that we want to see come to fruition in our lives.

Let's allow the light of the full moon to show us what we no longer need.

What we're ready to remove and let go of.

So find yourself in a comfortable position that could be seated,

It could be lying down.

Close your eyes and allow your breath to slow down.

Really concentrate your attention on your breath as if you were traveling into the body and back out of the body on that breath.

Feel the ribs move,

Feel the abdomen move,

Feel the increase or decrease in your heart rate as you breathe in and out.

Notice your breath begin to slow down.

And allow any extra tension in your body to dissolve as well.

No clenching,

No holding.

Just softening.

And bring your focus for a moment to your heart center.

If you like you can lift your hands and place them over your heart,

Right over your chest.

Feel the warmth of your hands entering the heart chakra.

Allow this sense of warmth and comfort to wash over you.

Starting in the chest and moving down through the spine,

Touching all of the energy centers all the way down to the base.

And now as you inhale imagine that warm sensation rising back up the spine,

Coming in contact with all of the chakras on the way up the spine to the very top of the head this time.

Leave your attention there at the crown of the head.

Rest your arms and hands back down by your side.

And imagine a warm glow like moonlight around the top of your head.

It can be a little orange,

A little yellow,

Bright white,

Any color that you have seen a full moon in before.

Imagine it there just glowing all around the top of the head as the body and the breath are more and more relaxed.

With this light around the crown chakra,

Around the brain,

Around the thoughts,

Around the parts of our mind that hold memory,

Especially attached to emotion,

Allow this light to shine into the deepest,

Deepest corners.

All of those places,

All of that neural circuitry,

All of the little pockets of memory,

Of experience.

Just imagine this light is completely effervescent,

Nothing can block it out.

It's shining through every crack and every crevice and it's illuminating what we hold there.

And without searching for anything,

Without using the intellectual mind,

Just stay steady in this deep sense of relaxation.

While the mind is being illuminated,

Allow yourself to simply observe,

To notice what comes to light.

Are there any patterns that are not serving you anymore in your life?

Any patterns of behavior,

Any old ways of being or thinking about yourself or identifying with others?

Allow those questions to just drift around your being as you simply relax,

Letting this continual moonlight shine in.

And just noticing,

Just observing what kinds of thoughts or notions arrive,

What particular memories arise.

If your mind gets distracted,

Simply pose the question again and then release.

What am I holding onto that is no longer serving me?

What is preventing my growth?

And then simply watch.

The answers may start to come more as a sensation in your physical body.

It may come as imagery that flashes through your mind.

And possibly this could be something that you are well aware of,

That you've been actively working on in your conscious waking life.

Just be open to this subject matter being big or small,

Something expected or something completely unexpected.

Being open,

Simply observing with a relaxed body and a calm breath.

What am I ready to release now?

What am I ready to shift and let go of?

And you can allow that visualization of light around you.

Around the upper chakras,

Around the head,

To simply dissolve or to withdraw.

Possibly it's extending back out into the sky,

Back out to the full moon.

And the question is still permeating all of your cells without a strong need for an answer immediately.

Just allow that question to settle,

To plant itself.

And the answer may arrive rather quickly or it may arrive tomorrow over the next couple of weeks.

Be open to the idea that the answer will come very clearly and you will know what to do to make a change.

Trust your intuition,

Invite it to speak to you whenever it's ready.

Take a slow deep breath now down into your belly and exhale through the mouth.

Allow your eyes to come open again.

Bring yourself gently back into the space and trust that all of the answers will be arriving very soon.

Namaste.
