Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to day 10.

Your sacred self unity practice.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Allowing your body to find its natural rhythm of rest.

Take your time here.

Allow yourself to settle.

And if it feels okay to do so,

And close your eyes,

Or lower your gaze.

In these sacred evening moments,

We journey into the heart of unity consciousness.

Where all aspects of you come into perfect harmony.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Watching its natural rhythm and flow.

And allowing this to ground you into this experience right now.

With each inhalation,

We invite an integration to wholeness.

And with each exhalation,

Release any tension from the body.

So that you can soften into the wholeness of who you are.

We invite the breath to take its place as the natural bridge between mind and heart.

Between thinking and feeling.

Between doing and being.

As you continue breathing here,

Notice the familiar and subtle pulse of energy in your heart space.

This is your center of unity.

Where all aspects of your being come home together in perfect harmony.

Deepening your breath.

We allow each cycle of breath to bring you closer to this place of inner harmony.

Feel how the breath moves through every cell of your body.

Through every space within you.

Bringing alignment to all that you are.

Continue drawing the breath in through your nose.

And sighing the breath slowly out through your mouth.

Supporting you in your release and your recalibration back to harmony.

In this space of unity,

There is no separation between your strength and your softness.

In this space of unity,

There is no separation between your wisdom and your wonder.

In this space of unity,

There is no separation between your power and your peace.

In this space of unity,

All parts of you are welcome.

In this space of unity,

All your emotions are welcome.

In this space of unity,

You are free to be exactly as you are.

In this space of unity,

You are safe to express your creativity.

In this space of unity,

You are seen,

You are heard,

And you are loved.

In this space of unity,

You can find home within yourself.

Allow yourself to rest here as you feel the natural harmony between your physical body and your energy body.

Between form and formless.

Between being and becoming.

Each breath now carries this frequency of unity.

Each breath now carries this remembrance of your wholeness.

Allow yourself to be held now in this field of integration.

Notice how this state of unity brings deep peace.

And if anything else arises in this moment,

We offer it lovingly back to the heart center where all is welcome.

All experiences are valid.

And all can be returned to love.

Rest here,

In this sacred space,

Where all aspects of yourself are welcomed,

Honored,

And unified.

When you're ready,

Take a gentle breath in through the nose,

Releasing through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to drift into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Carrying this wholeness and unity consciousness with you into your dreams.
