Welcome to this guided meditation to connect with your inner child.
A journey to reconnect with the pure essence of your authentic self.
Take a few moments to find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
And give yourself a little while to make sure the body is really comfortable.
And if it feels okay to do so,
You can close down your eyes.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Allow your belly to gently release.
And soften the space in between your eyebrows.
Gently remove the tongue from the roof of the mouth.
And start to connect to your breath.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose.
And sighing the breath out through your mouth.
Take a few more breaths like this in your own time.
Allowing the inhale to expand your body.
And welcoming a gentle softness with every exhalation.
Invite you just to tune in to what's happening in your inner world in this moment right now.
Taking a gentle scan of the body.
Noticing where feels expanded.
And where there may be places of contraction in your physical,
Energetic,
Or emotional body.
Invite you to take a breath.
And allow yourself to settle into this experience in this moment right now.
Allowing yourself to be exactly as you are.
As we embark on this journey,
We call into awareness.
Your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to come and be with us now.
We invite your higher self.
And your inner child.
And your inner child.
Acknowledging the presence of the inner child.
The innocence.
The playfulness.
And the vulnerable part of ourselves.
That holds a key to some of our deepest emotions and desires.
If it feels okay to do so,
Invite you to place your hands onto your heart.
And take a moment to feel the presence of your guiding team in spirit.
Your higher self.
And your inner child.
Here and now.
And gently let go of your body.
And gently bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Imagine yourself walking slowly through a lush,
Serene forest.
Surrounded by towering trees and dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves.
Tune in to the sensations of your bare feet connecting to the grass.
Sensing the texture,
The temperature,
And the gentle support underneath you as you step slowly through this peaceful forest.
With every step you take,
Invite you to tune in to a sense of calm.
Washing through you from the soles of your feet all the way through to the crown of your head.
Grounding you in this experience of peace and serenity.
Grounding you in this experience in your mind's eye.
As you continue to walk,
You come across a clearing in the forest.
A peaceful oasis where you feel safe and protected.
And protected.
You look across this clearing and you see yourself as a child.
Standing in the very center.
Surrounded by sunlight,
Bare feet on the earth.
Notice the innocence and curiosity in your eyes.
The joy and wonder in your heart.
This is your inner child.
The essence of your true self.
If it feels okay to do so,
Gently approach your inner child.
Extending a hand of love and compassion towards them.
Let them know that you are here to listen.
To understand.
And to embrace them fully,
Exactly as they are in this moment now.
As you connect with your inner child,
Notice any feelings,
Sensations,
Or emotions that may arise.
Acknowledging that however you feel is okay.
Sending acceptance to both of you as you connect with this sacred bond that transcends time and space.
Take a moment to be present with your inner child.

How they feel.
Noticing anything that arises within you,
In your adult present day self.
We invite your inner child to lead the way now.
Allow them to show you the memories,
Emotions,
And experiences that have shaped who you are today.
We invite an openness into your energy field.
We invite an openness into your energy field so that you may witness whatever arises with kindness and compassion.
Simply observing and holding space for your inner child to express themselves authentically.
In this moment now.
As you journey deep into your inner world,
You may encounter moments of joy,
Laughter,
Sadness,
Or pain.
We invite you to hold space for whatever arises.
Acknowledging all that you've been through and offering yourself love and compassion.
Knowing that every part of your journey has been integral on your path of healing and returning to wholeness.
With every breath you take,
We offer love and compassion.
We offer love and compassion.
Allowing the frequencies of unconditional love and acceptance to move through you and through your inner child in this moment now.
In holding this loving container,
We allow the inner child to be the guide towards a place of inner peace,
Authenticity,
And self-love.
Continue to breathe here.
Noticing any shifts,
Any sense of release,
And continuing to hold your experience through the eyes of love.
If it feels okay to do so,
Gently repeat the following affirmations.
I am safe now.
I am loved.
It is okay to feel how I feel.
I embrace my journey of growth and expansion.
When you feel this process coming to completion,
I invite you to take a moment to express your gratitude to your inner child for their courage,
Their resilience,
And their wisdom.
Know that you are always connected to this sacred part of yourself and that you can return to this inner sanctuary whenever you need guidance,
Comfort,
Or solace.
Now gently take a few clearing breaths in through the nose and out through your mouth.
Slowly bring your awareness back into the present moment by gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Knowing that this deep connection to your authentic self is ever-present.
