So just taking a moment to feather your nests,

To get yourself comfortable,

To find yourself situated on a chair,

On a cushion,

On the floor,

Whatever feels most authentic.

And just begin by taking a nice long slow deep breath in through the nose and then letting it go out the mouth.

Feeling your body soften,

Relax,

And again nice long slow deep breath in through the nose and letting it go out the mouth,

Feeling everything that no longer serves you everything that no longer serves you just flowing out.

You can set it down you can pick it up again later.

And last time nice long slow deep breath in through the nose and let it go and just really bringing attention to your body,

Feeling the weight of your body,

Just allowing yourself to fully relax and let go,

Allowing yourself to really settle into a sacred space of communion with yourself,

With your body.

Taking this moment just for you,

There's nowhere else you need to be,

There's nothing that you need to do,

There's nothing that you need to decide,

There's nothing that you need to respond to.

So just having the intention to consciously relax your body and allow yourself to be in this present moment,

Just to be here.

Yeah.

As you go within,

Bringing your awareness into your body,

Just seeing in your mind's eye a little ball of golden light at the center of your chest in the area of your heart space,

Your anahata.

Watching this light as it begins to grow larger and larger and larger with each breath,

Almost as if you're blowing on the embers of a fire.

Feel this light growing larger and larger until it fills your entire chest from the inside,

So much so that it starts to break through.

Now it is covering the entire body,

Inside and out.

So just imagining yourself surrounded and enveloped by a radiant and loving golden light.

Imagine yourself sitting inside a ball of golden light inside your own sun.

Just take a moment to bask in the warmth and the comfort of this light on your skin.

Maybe this light is so dazzlingly bright that you can see speckles of glitter and shine.

And you can see speckles of glittery light floating around you inside this orb.

You can see this light and feel this light on your skin,

On your cheeks,

On your forearms.

So just taking a moment to really feel that light.

Have the intention to let go of the outside world for a moment and just go within.

Just staying inside this golden orb of light,

Just being with yourself.

Just in the depths of our being,

Right in our heart space that lies this sanctuary of wisdom and healing.

This place within,

This inner temple is where we can reconnect with ourselves.

It's where we can listen to the whispers of our body and our soul.

Spirit speaks here.

Let's just take a journey to check into our beautiful bodies,

To check into our beautiful bodies,

To celebrate life,

To nourish our very soul.

So bringing your attention,

Grounding yourself into this present moment.

Just feeling the weight of your body against the earth,

Against the cushion or the chair that you're sitting on.

Just tuning into how the earth is supporting you,

Holding you.

Just breathe into that energy center,

Your root center,

The bottom of your spine.

Thinking,

Imagining or feeling a vibrant color red swirling in this space of your root chakra,

Your muladhara.

Just breathing in deeply.

And as you exhale,

Just asking any tension or stress that you're holding in your root to be released,

To be moved,

To be released.

Just noticing what you notice in this chakra.

Just noticing if the energy of this chakra,

Your root chakra,

Feels dense,

Light without labeling it as good or bad.

Just simply noticing.

Noticing if this energy center feels light,

Open or closed.

Just noticing what emotion words you might associate with your chakra,

With your roots.

When you think about foundation of your being,

Your connection,

How supported you are,

How you're feeling,

When you think about foundation of your being,

Your connection,

How supported you are,

How resourced.

Just taking a moment to listen to your body,

To ask what it yearns for.

The area of support,

Connection,

Foundation.

Just noticing what emotions or tension or pain are renting space in this chakra.

Knowing that energy is simply in motion.

Sometimes it can become stuck and our emotions simply need to be transmuted.

Energy and emotions are energy in motion.

Just noticing what you notice,

Consciously relaxing and releasing the tension in this root chakra.

And then moving your attention and your awareness,

Bringing it up to your second chakra,

Your sacral,

Just below your belly button.

Thinking of a vibrant color orange swirling in this space.

And with this chakra just noticing what you notice.

Again,

Just noticing if this chakra feels dense or light,

Open or closed.

Just knowing that this is simply a junction,

An energy point.

And we're just moving the energy,

Allowing it to flow freely.

And as you think about the energy of the sacral chakra,

Which is the energy center for our creative energy and our passion for life,

And feeling as you are the view.

Just notice what you notice.

Notice what emotions and feeling words and feeling tones are renting space in this chakra.

Let them flow through you without judgment.

Embrace all the emotions you feel.

Celebrate the richness and the diversity of all of your experiences.

Just taking a moment to reflect on the desires and the passions that live in this chakra.

All the things that bring you joy and fulfillment,

Just allow them to float up.

Asking if any emotions,

Feelings or tension needs to be moved on,

Just asking your body what it needs.

What would your sacral chakra have you know?

And then bringing your awareness now,

Continuing your ascent,

Directing your attention to the solar plexus,

Which is below your rib cage and above your belly button.

Visualizing radiant yellow light,

Visualizing radiant yellow light,

Tapping into your personal power,

Your sense of self.

This is the center of I can,

I must,

I will.

This is the center where trusting in yourself lives.

This is the center where you honor your boundaries,

Knowing that you are the creator,

The architect of your life.

This is where your confidence and your abilities lies.

So just taking a moment to affirm your strengths and your abilities.

Noticing what you notice with this chakra,

Noticing any resistance,

Noticing any emotions that float up,

Noticing any energy that is renting space in this chakra that is perhaps stopping it from flowing freely,

Stopping you from trusting in yourself,

Stopping you from listening to your intuition,

Stopping you from honoring your boundaries.

What would your solar plexus have you know?

And then bringing your awareness now further up that energy superhighway,

Coming to rest in the center of your chest at the heart chakra.

Visualizing a beautiful green light tinged with pink,

Representing lower frequencies and higher frequencies coming together as one in this center for love and compassion,

Wellspring of kindness and forgiveness.

So just noticing what you notice in this chakra,

Noticing how easy it is for you to open your heart to love,

How easy it is for love to flow freely,

How easy it is to extend love to all living beings but also to yourself.

Just noticing what you notice in this energy center and taking a moment just to see what tensions,

Emotions,

Feelings are renting space in this chakra,

What beliefs no longer belong to you.

Just taking a moment to express and cultivate gratitude,

Love and appreciation for yourself and the world around you.

What would your heart chakra have you know?

And then bring your awareness now further up your energy superhighway,

Coming to rest at the throat chakra,

The vishuddha,

The fifth chakra,

Then the area of your throat,

Thinking,

Imagining or feeling a vibrant color blue,

Swirling in this space as you focus on this energy center for communication and your authentic self.

Communicating and your authentic expression where you get to speak your truth,

Where you get to express yourself authentically,

Where you get to listen to your inner voice,

Trust your words and allowing your thoughts to flow with complete clarity and effortless ease.

So just noticing what you notice in the area of your throat,

Noticing maybe any inhibitions or self-doubt that's constricting this energy center,

Preventing the energy from flowing and just asking your throat center what it needs.

What would your throat have you know?

And if you feel blocked or dense,

In this area just using that blue light,

Imagining that blue light expanding from the inside of your throat outwards,

Filling the whole chakra and filling the room,

That energy of self-expression and just dissolving and transmuting any of that denser energy that may be there.

And now bring awareness,

Sending up to the third eye in the center of your eyebrows,

The asana,

The sixth chakra,

Connected to the pineal gland,

The center of your head so the sixth chakra,

Connected to the pineal gland,

The center of your head.

So thinking,

Imagining or feeling a vibrant color indigo,

Illuminating this space in the center of your head,

Imagining that third eye cracking open,

That indigo light now beaming in through your third eye into the center of your head,

This area of intuition and inner wisdom,

Inner vision.

So in this area just noticing what you notice,

Noticing what you notice,

Notice what feeling tones,

Emotions or tension arise as you think about your inner vision,

Your intuition,

Your inner wisdom,

Trusting the guidance.

As you feel into the feeling tone without any attachment to the story,

Just noticing what you notice.

Just invite you to quieten your mind,

To listen to the whispers of your soul,

Embracing silence and the stillness and just allow your thoughts to settle and your intuition to rise to the surface in this moment of beautiful communion with yourself.

What would your third eye,

What would your ajna,

Your soul,

Your inner wisdom,

What would it have you know?

Just turn yourself into listening mode,

Just receive and raise your awareness,

Bringing it up to the crown,

All the way up on the top of your head,

Imagining a pure white light streaming into your infinite petal lotus as you connect with your universal consciousness,

The point at which there is that seamless connection,

That oneness with all that is.

As your physical body,

Your prakriti,

Your soul,

Your atma are connected to your spirit,

The brahman,

The infinite intelligence,

Universal oneness,

The divine force.

It's here that we experience unity and connection.

Just open yourself up to the truth of you,

You are a divine being.

Open yourself up to the infinite possibilities that lie beyond the confines of the physical world,

This physical body,

The illusion of materialism and surrender to the flow of life knowing that you,

Your everlasting soul is a part of something greater.

It was here long before you had this body,

It was here long before you had these thoughts,

These emotions and it will be here long after.

Knowing that in the quantum time is really an illusion.

There is only now.

Take a moment to breathe into this truth,

To feel the truth of these words,

To come home to yourself.

Just embody this profound sense of peace and connection.

A gentle smile,

Grace across your face.

Just take a second at the moment to absorb this experience to absorb this experience of feeling so connected,

So rejuvenated,

So aligned.

We begin to bring this journey of inner peace to a close just remembering that your body is a vessel of wisdom.

Your soul is a beacon of light.

So just taking the time to listen to nurture and celebrate the beautiful essence that is you in all its forms,

In your body,

In your soul,

Ultimately in your divine spirit.

Recognizing our ability to come together to cultivate this peace and harmony whenever we want.

Honor the gift of life.

So to bring this beautiful meditation to a close we're going to chant the hymn of the universe together just once.

So first of all I just invite you to take a nice deep breath in,

Reaching your arms out to the slide,

Lifting them up and overhead,

Bringing your right palm to meet your left and then bring your hands down through your center line,

Past your crown,

Past your third eye,

Touching your lips if you like and then coming to rest at your heart space with your fingers pointed slightly away and your thumb resting in your clavicle and your head bowed in reverence.

And first of all we just give thanks.

Thanks to each and every person present on this call either in this now moment or in a future now moment knowing that there is only now.

The light in me recognizes the light in you.

Namaste,

Om shanti,

Shanti om,

Peace,

Peace,

Peace.

And then bowing in gratitude and reverence to the ascended masters,

The ascended masters that also exist within us calling them forth,

Calling the light workers,

The leaders that are within us forth.

Knowing that we are all connected and just giving reverence and thanks to those fractals of the one mind manifested as ascended beings and teachers,

Guides,

Mentors you've gone before who have passed on this knowledge that we too may experience that which is auspicious.

Come back to the good.

And then lastly giving thanks to ourselves and thanks to your higher good,

Your highest self,

The one that is connected to all that is,

The one that is part of the one mind not apart from it.

The universe is vast and dynamic.

You are vast and dynamic.

So just recognizing that truth and again allowing a smile to wash across your face.

And first of all we'll take a nice deep breath in just a cleansing breath so just breathing in through the nose and letting it go.

This time breathing in for Om,

So nice deep breath in.

And just allowing a vibration to settle,

Allowing the dust to settle.

When you're ready maybe on the next exhale just gently opening your eyes to come back into this space.

And just letting go.

A vibration to settle,

Allowing the dust to settle.

Just taking a moment to sit in your waking environment.

And just bringing with you the qualities of that meditation of peace,

Of calm,

Of harmony,

Of connection into your waking day,

Into your daily life.

And if necessary grabbing a piece of paper and a pen maybe to note down how you're feeling or any notes that came through from your body that you don't wish to forget.
