So we just spend a moment coming into the body,
Into the present moment,
And feeling the support of the ground below you,
Begin to tune into the breath,
Noticing the breath in this moment,
Noticing the depth,
The quality of the breath,
No need to change anything,
Just simply witnessing,
And if your breath naturally wants to extend or do something as we're focusing,
Allow it the space and freedom,
And just checking in with the body and making sure the spine is nice and straight,
Relaxing the muscles around the eyes,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
The back,
The belly,
And the bum,
And so we melt even further into the ground,
Allowing gravity to do its job,
The muscles falling onto the bones,
Letting go,
Just being present in this moment,
Noticing any sounds outside of the room,
And instead of going outside hunting for the sounds,
Remaining grounded in the body,
Allowing the sounds to travel to you,
Noticing the qualities of those sounds,
And how they resonate in the body,
Noticing any sounds inside the body,
You might hear the sound of your breath,
The sound of your heart,
You might hear some silence,
You may also hear without the ears,
You may hear wisdom coming through the heart or another sense,
And when you're ready,
Breathing in through your nose,
Forcing at the top and exhaling out of the mouth,
Each breath in,
Everything expanding in all directions,
Belly coming out,
Each breath out,
Everything melting,
Gravity working,
Belly coming back into the spine,
Releasing tension and toxins,
Sounds or movements,
Just checking in with the body,
Making any adjustments to your posture,
Noticing any tingling or sensations,
Perhaps you notice some tension in the throat,
Tension in the belly,
Letting go the muscles of the eyes,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
The back and the belly,
The pelvis and the bum,
And feeling the support of the ground below you,
And just being present in this moment,
Creating a little bit of space for the mind,
The body,
The spirit to align,
Settling into the very center of your being,
The deepest part,
And notice how we receive wisdom through intuition,
Instincts,
Bodily sensations,
From this deepest part of our being,
Breathing in that life force energy,
Melting into the outward breath even more,
And as you settle into your place of stillness,
Noticing the breath,
And knowing this silent center is always with us,
And that we can make time to come and connect,
And that little bit of time can allow us to tune into so much wisdom,
And when we're ready,
Opening your eyes,
And coming back into the room,
So thank you for joining me,
I hope you have a wonderful,
Wonderful day,
And I look forward to seeing you really soon.
