Hello,
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
That's why I'm here to lead us in some.
So before we get going,
Let's take one giant cleansing breath that we'll hold at the top.
Here we go.
Fill your lungs up,
Feel the fullness of your breath,
And then let it out with a,
Ah.
Shake out anything that feels tight,
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Here we go.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for sleep.
Oh,
Is there anything better than a great night's sleep and waking up,
Feeling rested?
But you know what?
A night's sleep that we would say is not that great is also amazing as well,
Because it tells us something.
It teaches us something.
Was I up having an amazing time last night and it was totally worth it?
Or was I just being overstimulated,
Watching videos and playing around when I should have laid down?
All it does is just teach you something.
So I'm grateful for a night's sleep that's not that great,
Or a night's sleep that went beautifully restful.
And to it,
I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
So remember how wonderful a night's sleep is,
And how it's just communicating to you how amazing your day was before.
Take that knowledge and use it to perfect your sleep,
Or enjoy the fact that you were in reverie the night before,
And you didn't get as much as you might have liked.
And to it,
We sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart,
And for you being here today.
Thank you.
