Hello,

I'm Jared Wessler and this is my daily gratitude.

Give me about five minutes and I'll guide you through.

Gratitude is an essential practice for me,

But it's not always easy.

So that's why I'm here to guide us through.

So before we begin,

Let's take a giant cleansing breath.

Biggest breath of the day,

Okay?

All right,

Here we go.

Really fill your lungs up and hold it at the top for a moment.

Hold it there and let it out with a Oh,

That always feels so good.

And with that,

As the music comes around,

We begin to sing.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Today,

I'm grateful for pressure.

Pressure isn't as bad as a lot of us think,

Especially when we allow it to turn into something like stress.

But all pressure is,

It's reminding you that there are things going on,

Something you should pay attention to.

Maybe it's time to reevaluate what's going on.

Is this pressure that I need?

Is this pressure something useful?

What is it teaching me?

I'm feeling a bit of pressure trying to get gratitudes made every day,

But it allowed me to remember what's important.

Doing this is important.

So I turn that pressure into fuel and it allows me to sing.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you.

And again.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you.

So remember,

When you feel pressure,

It's not time to get stressed.

It's time to just check in with your body and yourself and really evaluate what's important.

What is it that I'm trying to do in this life?

And how can this serve me and my goals?

And use that pressure for fuel if you need it,

Or sometimes walk away singing.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you.

One more time.

Thank you,

Thank you for what we've come to do.

Thank you.

As always,

I'm thankful for your willing heart and for you being here.

Thank you.
