Music This is a guided meditation to check in with your breath.

Find a comfortable seat wherever you are.

Perhaps in a cross-legged position.

And if you are seated on a chair,

Explore having both feet firmly rooted on the ground.

And perhaps you are choosing to lay down on your back.

Begin this check-in by feeling into your body,

Mind and breath.

Take a few moments to allow any waves of thought,

Emotion or physical sensation into just be.

Take your time.

Bring your awareness to your breath wherever you feel it most prominently.

Perhaps your nose,

Your chest or your belly.

And as you inhale naturally,

Be aware of breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Be aware of breathing out.

Maintain this awareness of the breath as you discover your in-breath and as you discover your out-breath.

And as you maintain this awareness of the breath,

Know that there is no need to visualize,

Count or even figure out the breath.

There is no need to change anything.

Just watch the breath ebb and flow like waves in the sea.

Being in the ever new now,

Noticing the inhale and noticing the exhale.

As you discover your breath,

Pay mindful attention to the breath rising on the inhalation and falling on the exhalation.

Just riding the waves of the breath,

Moment by moment,

Breathing in and breathing out.

From time to time,

Attention may wander from the breath.

When you notice this,

Gently bring your awareness back to the breath.

Be aware of the breath as it comes and goes.

Take a couple of moments to feel.

Take your time.

And as you prepare to transition to your day-to-day life,

Give time to appreciate your presence.

You're alive with greater awareness.

You're alive with greater aliveness.

Thank you for watching!
