Are you feeling like there's no time? That everything is moving so fast, and you even when you rush you're falling behind? If so, this guided meditation will help you notice what frequency you are currently tuned into and what impact that is having on you, so you can turn the dial to a different vibration. First by turning on all your senses, and then by dialing into a frequency in the natural world.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav and today's guided meditation is to help you slow down.

Even if it feels like there's too much to do and your mind is telling you that you need to hurry up,

That you don't have time to slow down.

In fact,

Especially then,

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can be lying down,

Sitting in a chair on the floor,

Walking inside or outside.

And as you begin to drop in,

I invite you to notice what frequency you are currently tuned into or were tuned into a moment ago.

Is it the frequency of your thoughts,

Of doing,

Of fear or anxiety,

Of rushing,

Not enough,

More,

More,

More,

Distraction,

Wanting to check out of your to-do list,

Your inner critic?

Are you hooked into the frequency of something that's happening or happened at home,

At work,

In the world at large?

And notice what it feels like to be tuned into this frequency.

What is your mind activity like?

What is its speed,

The quantity and quality of thoughts?

Just noticing without judgment.

What impact is being tuned into this channel,

This station,

This frequency have on your body?

If you're even aware of it,

Maybe you're completely disconnected from your body.

And as you begin to feel into your body,

Are there areas that are numb,

Tight,

Bracing,

Jittery?

What are you believing about yourself and or the world when you are tuned into this frequency?

And now that you have begun to notice the impact of being dialed in to this vibration,

This frequency,

This state of being,

I invite you to start turning the dial down.

So you don't feel it or hear it as loudly and begin to notice your breath without trying to change it.

Noticing all the places your breath touches as you inhale and all the places it touches as you exhale.

Feeling your body as it receives the breath and lets it go.

Receiving.

Letting go.

In and out.

And continuing this in silence for a few breaths.

And now perhaps inviting your muscles to soften just a little so there is more space for the breath as it comes in.

And as it goes out,

Receiving.

Letting go.

As you feel your breath,

I invite you to tune into the frequency of now,

Of this moment,

Of the senses.

And if your eyes are open,

Maybe softening them or closing them.

Since for those of us who are sighted,

Our visual field often rounds out our other senses.

Noticing any sounds that are present or the quality of silence.

And feeling the touch of your breath,

Your clothes,

Your hands,

And any other touch you are aware of.

Might be the air on your skin.

Noticing any taste in your mouth.

You can run your tongue over your lips if you want.

Noticing any smell that might be present.

And when thoughts arise as they do,

Greet them on your in-breath.

And let them go with your out-breath.

And as you begin to shift from the frequency of thought and doing into this sensory experience,

I invite you to tune into a frequency in the natural world that can help you with this slowing down.

Deepen the shift in your perspective,

Your perception.

And letting that arise rather than grasping for it.

Trust any vibration that is calling to you.

And there might be several.

It might be the Earth's slow heartbeat.

Or ocean waves or the flow of waterfalls.

Perhaps it's the vibration of trees or the wind.

Or the sun,

The sky,

The moon,

The stars.

Might be an animal.

Aquatic,

Avian,

Mammalian,

Or an insect.

It may be a place with several elements in it.

Like a beach with the water and the sand and the sun or a forest.

With trees and earth and a creek,

Mountain.

Once you get a sense of what is here to support you,

I invite you to enter into a dance with them through your breath.

Receiving on the inhale.

Giving on the exhale.

And as you enter this loop of receiving and giving through breath,

Ask this new vibration that you're tuning into to help you slow down.

Continuing to get in sync with your breath and your nervous system.

Feeling that thinking spread through your whole body,

Your muscles,

Your lymph,

Your tissues,

Your bones,

Down to the cellular level.

And feeling the quality of this vibration that you're tuning into.

Perhaps it's warm or cool,

Soft,

Gentle,

Vibrant,

Ancient,

Primordial,

Light,

Solid,

Earthy,

Ethereal,

Peaceful,

Calm,

Anchored,

Fluid,

Still.

Just noticing opening without trying to make anything happen.

And receiving these qualities even more deeply into your being as you breathe in.

And breathing out,

Letting go of any residue of the other frequency,

Any thought.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And noticing how your body,

Your connection to your body,

Feels when you are tuned into this vibration,

This frequency.

And opening to any message or transmission this vibration is wanting to gift you.

Especially to support you in tuning in more deeply,

More often,

Or to integrate this feeling into the other channels you might operate in.

This message or transmission might come as words or sounds,

An image or a color,

An inner knowing,

A feeling in your body,

A smell or a taste.

Receiving.

Letting go.

Receiving.

And giving.

In.

Out.

And sensing,

Feeling,

Imagining that you are bringing the transmission into your own crown.

Letting this vibration permeate your neural pathways.

Spread through your nervous system.

Deep into your limbs and tissues,

Muscles and bones.

Into your organs and all the systems in your body.

Lighting up your skin and radiating out into your energy field.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Staying here for a few more breaths.

And when you're ready to transition,

Slowly opening your eyes if they were closed.

And setting the intention to stay tuned into this frequency.

Even when you change modes.

Feeling how nothing needs to have changed externally.

For you to feel quieter and more spacious.

To be holding things very differently.
