Hi,
This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Wholeness Healing,
And this is a guided meditation to connect more deeply to your purpose.
If you're watching or lying in a comfortable position,
I invite you to close your eyes and take nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Each breath inviting yourself to drop in a little bit more deeply into your body,
Into the present moment.
Finding all the places your breath touches as you inhale,
And all the places your breath touches as you exhale.
Noticing all the places where there might be tension in your body,
In your mind,
In your emotions,
And inviting,
Allowing your breath to surround those places,
To welcome them,
And maybe even dissolve some of the tension.
If your mind is active,
If there are many thoughts,
Thanking them for working so hard for you,
And then inviting them gently back into this moment as well.
Sensing,
Feeling,
Or imagining a nice,
Warm,
Sunray,
Sunshiny energy,
Showering down on the top of your head and seeping in through your crown,
Radiating into your brain,
Soothing your overworked neural pathways,
Lighting up the underused ones,
And then spreading into the muscles of your face,
Into your neck,
Down your arms and your whole torso,
Down your legs,
All the way down to the tips of your toes,
Lighting up your whole nervous system,
Soothing and resetting your nervous system,
Dissolving any stress hormones,
And as you begin to relax in this way,
Feeling the sunshiny energy,
Light up your skin and radiate out into your energy field,
Lighting up your energy body as well as your physical body,
Inviting all parts of you to continue to simultaneously relax.
And also awaken,
Feeling the sunshiny energy,
Lighting up every cell in your body with aliveness,
With its own unique imprint,
And then inviting the sunshiny energy to take you back to the back in time,
To the time between this life and the last one.
And you might immediately have a sensation,
An image,
A felt sense of something,
Auditory information come up for you.
And if not,
Following the sunshiny energy back in time.
You might feel yourself going backwards,
You might feel yourself going upwards,
You might feel the current time just dissolving away.
And if your mind gets busy saying hi to it and coming back to your breath,
Trusting the moment,
Your unknowing,
The guidance.
And continuing to invite the light to bring you to that time between lives.
And again,
You might get a visual,
You might get a sense of space,
It might be kinesthetic,
You might just get an inner knowing or hear words.
It might be a full scene or just a flash of something.
You might just get a sensation in your body,
Whatever is coming up for you,
Invite yourself to trust it,
Even if it's not showing up exactly how you think it should or might.
Just opening to whatever's here,
Asking the light and the inner wise,
Knowing part of you.
When you decided to take on another physical body,
What was your intention?
And again,
This might be verbal,
Nonverbal.
You might just get a color,
A word,
An image.
For example,
Love,
Healing,
Connection.
And whatever you're receiving,
Just allowing it to be here.
And again,
If your mind has any judgments about it or doesn't think it's specific enough or feel like enough of a purpose,
Sending compassion to your mind,
Whatever idea you might have,
Expectation you might have of this process.
And then feeling into the possibility that whatever you're receiving is enough.
This is the soul's idea of purpose,
Not the mind's.
It might be joy being present.
And ask the light and or your inner wise self.
If there's a belief,
A wound,
And it could be from this lifetime,
The wound could be from another lifetime or an ancestral wound,
Could be a coping strategy that might be blocking or that needs loving attention before you can fully embody this purpose.
And again,
This could be verbal,
Nonverbal.
You might get a memory,
Get words,
Get an age if it's from this lifetime.
You might get a sense of one of your parents if it's ancestral or somebody else in your family.
If it's past life,
You might get an image,
A sense of something that you know is not from your own experience.
And if nothing comes up,
Allowing that to be okay,
Knowing that there might not be a block or it might not be available yet.
If there is one,
Noting it,
Knowing that you can do some further clearing down the line,
Sending compassion to whatever belief,
Coping strategy,
Wound might be there.
Knowing that that's exactly what had to happen at the time was the best strategy or perhaps the only available one.
And then also feeling into the possibility that it doesn't match the current circumstances.
And now finally,
Once you feel complete with this,
You can always pause if you need more time here.
Asking the light,
Your inner knowing,
To project an image,
A feeling,
Again,
Could be words,
Could be a felt sense in your body,
Of a version of you who's already living out that purpose.
You might see yourself in a lot of detail.
And again,
It might just be a feeling you get.
And if that block still needs loving attention,
It might not be available right now.
And you can feel into the possibility,
Look forward to this when you are ready.
And if it is accessible,
Imagine that you're merging with this version of you,
Feeling what that's like in every cell of your body.
And then gathering up what you have been feeling,
Perceiving,
Receiving,
And then dropping it all of it into your crown,
Letting this image,
This possibility permeate all of your neural pathways,
Rewiring them into the possibility of this being your new reality.
And then radiating through your nervous system,
Rewiring your nervous system from sickness or fight or flight or doubt into this new possibility and bringing it into your heart,
Letting it fill all four chambers of your heart.
And when it feels so full,
It's going to spill over,
Feeling that radiating out into your energy field and beyond.
Like energetic waves that are going to attract this as your new reality.
Using a few breaths.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back into the room.
So,
That's some special stimulus.
