So much of our wounding comes from being conditioned into a state of lack, of not enough. We are not enough. The present moment is not enough. Others aren’t enough. We are led to believe that something has to change for us to feel safe. Worthy. To get love. In this meditation, we will bring loving attention to those wounds, limiting beliefs, and coping strategies, before tapping into the inherent worthiness, inherent enoughness, that is our birthright.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Wholeness Healing,

And this is a guided meditation to help you reach a state of enoughness.

So much of our wounding comes from a conditioned state of lack,

Of not enough.

We are not enough,

The present moment is not enough,

Others aren't enough.

We are led to believe that something has to change for us to feel safe,

Worthy,

Validated,

Loved,

Enough.

We may even approach spiritual practices and or healing from that place of lack,

Looking for the meditation or the practice that will fix us,

Make us whole,

Worthy.

In this meditation,

We will bring loving attention to those wounds,

Limiting beliefs and coping strategies before tapping into the inherent worthiness,

Inherent enoughness that is our birthright.

I invite you to take nice,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

And with each in-breath,

Inviting in a sense of ease,

Of space,

Of slowing down,

And with each out-breath,

Inviting anything that's to release to do so without pressure or shoulds,

Any tension or contraction,

Tightness,

Jitteriness,

Embracing,

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

With each breath,

Feeling yourself dropping in a little more deeply into your body,

Into the present moment,

Calling all the scattered parts,

Scattered energy to drop back in,

To land,

Into the here and now,

Into the center of your being.

And as you do,

Notice any parts that struggle with staying present,

That get pulled out and into thought,

Hook into the past or future.

Notice any habitual bracing in your body,

Any part that is prepared to defend,

Hide,

And attack as need be,

And breathe in,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Imagining your surrounding this part with breath,

Slowing down,

Creating a little space,

Starting to calm any sense of urgency,

Of direness.

And as you do,

Notice any part that is hypervigilant,

Scanning for danger,

What is wrong in any given moment,

What needs to change,

And breathe in and out,

Surrounding the hypervigilant part with breath,

Presence.

And as you do,

Notice any part that feels jittery,

Scared,

Unsure,

Unsettled,

Insecure,

Surrounding the scared part with breath,

With the energy of constancy,

Starting to bring in a sense of safety,

If that's accessible,

And as you surround these parts with breath,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine a soft light in the center of your heart,

The middle of your chest.

Feel it start to glow a little bit brighter as you bring attention to it,

And as you bring breath to the tight,

Defensive,

Protective,

Jittery,

Contracted parts,

The parts that learn to brace against life,

Against yourself,

Against others,

To collapse,

Hide,

Fight,

Lash out,

Protect,

Defend,

To effort,

That learn to separate from the perfection of the moment,

From nature,

From source energy,

From the all of everything,

From what is,

From your inherent worth,

And feel the light get a little brighter,

And join the breath in surrounding the hurt,

Wounded,

Disconnected parts,

And as you do,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine a plumb line going from the light in the center of your heart,

All the way down to the center of the earth,

Tapping into the molten lava that is there,

Into the crystalline grid that surrounds and protects the earth and all living beings that inhabit it,

Bringing that nourishing,

Enlivening,

Protective energy up through your feet,

Your core,

Up into your heart,

Where it enhances and amplifies the glow that is already there,

Until it becomes warm,

Sparkling embers that reconnect you to your inherent right to be here,

The perfection of your embodiment,

Whatever body your soul chose to incarnate into,

Calling the disconnected parts back into your body,

Into the present moment,

Into this body here and now.

Now sense,

Feel,

Or imagine a plumb line going from the center of your glowing heart up into the heart of the cosmos,

Feeling your own physical human heartbeat start to sync to the cosmic pulse,

To universal wisdom,

To the all of everything,

And bringing that bright white light of purity,

Of pure consciousness,

Of interconnectedness down through your crown,

Your mind,

Your neck,

And into your heart,

Feeling it enhance and amplify your inner glow with that bright,

Pure source energy,

And feeling it bring the scared,

Angry,

Jittery,

Disconnected parts back into the fold of the universal order of things,

Where every living being is perfect and exactly as it's meant to be.

Where the moment is enough,

And your life is the exact syllabus your soul chose for the journey you are on.

Breathing in,

Feeling how each breath is enough,

And as your breath brings you back into the space on the count of five,

Knowing that it will be the thread that helps bring you back into the enoughness any time you get disconnected.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Slowly opening your eyes,

And imagining you're looking at whatever you see with the eyes of enoughness,

Of acceptance,

Of gratitude.
