Many of us are on the cusp of big transitions in our lives. While this opens up new opportunities, it can also activate old beliefs, fears, and coping strategies around change. Which is why I decided to share a message I received recently about transitions, in case it might resonate with you.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav and I don't know about you but for me this is a period of really big transitions in a number of areas of my life and this morning I channeled a message from my guides about transitions and how to navigate them and I know many of us are undergoing big changes right now so I thought I would share it with you in case it resonated so feel free to find a comfortable seat or you can lie down to listen to this and pause if you need to take it in at your own pace.

Rest.

Slow down.

You're creating your own urgency.

Take the time to enjoy the transition.

Maybe even relish it.

Your human mind wants to skip over the process and get to the finish line,

Is impatient,

In a state of fear and lack of contraction,

Is working so hard to stay on top of things and when you get swept up in that energy you will not only fry your nervous system but you'll miss all the opportunities for celebration and growth along the way.

In transition,

The veil gets thinner between states.

This is always the case.

The betwixt spaces can be expansive or contractive.

It is your choice.

Trust that you will get everything done and slow down.

Take your time.

Transform this into a ritual space of acknowledgement,

Gratitude and letting go.

Open to the frequency of flow rather than struggle.

You are guided and supported.

Always.

And just letting that integrate in whatever way feels good.

Feel free to slowly open your eyes,

Going back into the space,

Maybe taking a few notes if anything came up for you.

When you're ready,

Really feeling yourself transition from meditation into doing or action with that feeling of spaciousness,

Gratitude,

Of a little more slowness.
