This breathwork practice is designed to help you clear space and move energy so you can settle into juicy stillness and tap into the expansive clarity of the void. We will begin with a powerful breathwork practice and then sink into meditation to attune to our truth and inner wisdom.

Today's practice will be all about clearing space so we can listen,

Listen to what's here inside.

So what we're going to be doing today is honoring firstly the feminine principle of our being,

The body,

The energy,

Energy in motion.

We're going to be breathing and clearing and moving with what's alive inside to begin.

And then from there,

We're going to find the masculine principle,

Stillness,

Clarity,

Focus,

Listening.

So for the first part,

We're just going to be breathing.

We'll be breathing in for two,

Out for two,

In for two,

Out for two.

We're going to be charging up our breath.

We'll do 10 breaths and we'll do a breath hold,

20 breaths and a breath hold,

30 breaths and a breath hold.

And then once we've moved and shifted and felt into all this energy that lives here in our bodies,

We've given it room to express,

Then we will find the stillness and really listen and hear what wants to be met,

What wants to be heard.

So I'll invite you to get comfortable wherever you are.

Just let yourself settle in here,

Settling in,

Into your body.

Your body starts to sink,

Sinking,

Sinking,

Sinking.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw drop,

Your hands,

Your ankles.

The intention of knowing yourself,

Meeting yourself deeper here,

Beautiful.

We'll begin by piercing our lips and we're going to breathe air in like we're sucking through a straw and then we'll exhale,

So breathing in,

Big exhale.

One more breath here,

In for two,

Out for two,

Blow all of your air out.

Hold at the bottom.

And when you're ready,

We begin again,

This time 20 breaths.

Here we go,

In for two,

Out for two.

Breathing in,

Letting go,

Breathing in,

Letting go,

Halfway,

Keep going.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Last breath,

Breathe in,

Breathe all the air out,

Big exhale,

Hold.

And when you're ready,

We're going to breathe in 30 breaths,

A little faster.

Here we go,

Breathing in,

Out,

In,

Blow hold at the bottom,

Hold in stillness.

Whenever you're ready,

Just letting your breath,

Find a slow,

Gentle,

Easy breath,

In and out through your nose.

Feel this energy moving through and come to absolute stillness,

Don't move,

Don't blink.

When you're ready,

What would you have me now,

In this moment?

See what wisdom is here,

Can you listen closely in the quiet,

Fully attuned,

Fully feeling.

Open to hearing what is here,

Energy meeting consciousness,

We find this beautiful inner dance.

Meet whatever is here,

In this still place,

Listen with your whole body,

We gently breathe in,
