Now bring your attention to your eyes.
Look around and allow them to take in your surroundings.
Notice any movement or colors.
Notice different textures.
And be aware of what that's like.
Bring your awareness to different objects that surround you.
And just notice these objects without naming them.
Be aware of their quality and experience them with curiosity.
Now bring your awareness to your sense of sound.
Noticing all the sounds in nature.
The ones that are far away.
And notice ones that are close by.
Allow all those sounds to be experienced without filtering.
Keeping your awareness on those sounds.
Move your awareness to your sense of smell.
Noticing the smells of nature.
The fresh air.
The trees.
Maybe flowers.
Allow that to be experienced.
All the smells in your surrounding.
Notice the quality that emerges as you bring awareness to all your senses.
And bring your awareness to that quality.
And that quality of awareness.
That's it.
And just notice that spacious awareness.
And take a few minutes here just to be with them.
