Welcome to the Fill Your Cup Meditation.

I invite you to get comfortable sitting down or laying down,

Whichever feels best.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and let it all out.

Start by relaxing the tiny muscles around your eyes.

Relax your jaw.

Release the tension in your shoulders.

Take a moment to skin down your body and release anything you are holding on to.

You are feeling very relaxed.

Now turn your attention towards your breath.

Breathe in for four counts.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for six counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

That's right.

Continue to breathe in and keep your exhales longer than your inhales.

This will create a very relaxed state.

Keep breathing in for four,

Out for six.

As you breathe in and out,

I want you to imagine yourself enveloped in a golden circle.

Inside of this circle are all the things that you love.

They may be tangible or intangible.

Take a look around and see all of these wonderful things.

Animals,

People,

Or places that you love.

Allow them to fill your space.

As you continue to breathe in for four,

Out for six.

I'm going to give you a few moments to send gratitude for your surroundings,

One by one.

Say thank you for how much you appreciate them and share your love.

Do this for a minute or so and I'll bring you back in when you're ready.

You're welcome.

You're welcome.

That you are full of love and light,

I want you to take a moment and mentally herd all of this love into your heart.

You can put your hand on your heart if it feels right.

Know that all of these wonderful things are with you all of the time.

And you can keep breathing into this space as long as you'd like.

And when you're ready,

You can start to bring tiny movements into your hands and toes.

You can slowly flutter open your eyes and give yourself a big hug and know that you are always worthy of love.
