Take a moment to settle in.

Find a comfortable position for your body today.

Just taking a moment to notice your energy level,

What your body is needing physically.

Does it need to be lying down,

Sitting,

Leaning against a wall?

Maybe you need to be in the bath.

Just take time to evaluate that.

And if you need,

Pause to find the most comfortable position and environment for you for these next 20 minutes or so.

When you've found your comfortable position,

Just allow your attention to focus in on your breathing as if you were watching a wave flow in and out of the ocean.

The inhale being when the wave flows into the beach,

Onto the sand.

And the exhale being when the water and the wave goes back into the ocean.

And just like the ocean has its own rhythm,

Its own flow,

So does your breath.

So does your internal rhythm.

So does your life,

Your path,

Your growth,

Your success.

There is a rhythm to all of it.

And when we can relax and trust in that rhythm,

In that timing,

We open ourselves up to experiencing and receiving at a much deeper level.

So see if you can just flow with the rhythm of your breathing as if you were trying to catch a wave instead of trying to micromanage it or control it in any way.

As it feels comfortable and there is space,

You can allow your inhale to take up more space in your body.

You can allow your exhale to become a little bit longer,

A little bit more extended.

Give yourself permission to just be here in this moment knowing and trusting that you are not needed anywhere else right now.

This moment right now that you chose is the only one that matters.

On every inhale,

Feel your body expand,

Elevate.

And on every exhale,

Feel your body relax and release.

And as there is a natural organic rhythm to our life,

There is a natural organic flow and rhythm and timing to what wants to happen next in our lives.

And so as you continue to breathe,

I want you to dive deep inside of yourself and notice what might be trying to happen right now for you that you are potentially resisting.

What does that resistance feel like in your body?

You might be resisting healing that's trying to happen,

Growth,

Changes that are trying to take place in your life,

Transformation that is trying to happen.

So just keep tuning in to see if you feel resistance in your body right now.

Our intuition speaks to us through our body,

Giving us physical sensations.

It can also speak to us through visions,

Through sounds,

Words,

Feelings.

Just keep paying attention to any kind of resistance you might be feeling right now,

Physically or emotionally.

Without any judgment,

Just acknowledge it.

As you notice or discover some resistance,

Use your breath to try to soften around that sensation,

Create space around that sensation.

So if you feel physical tension or an emotional sensation somewhere in your body,

Imagine a balloon in that space.

And as you inhale,

I want you to imagine that you're trying to inflate that balloon,

Creating space and softness and movement around it.

And as you exhale,

I want you to imagine slowly releasing that resistance,

Keeping the space from the inhale and releasing the tension,

The gripping,

The controlling on the exhale.

Continue to flow with your breath,

Using it as a tool to help you create space around the resistance that you're feeling right now.

And as you create space with your breath,

Notice what else is melting away,

Fading away.

Maybe it's fear,

Worry.

And just keep creating space on the inhale around the resistance and releasing the resistance on the exhale.

And as you inhale,

You release the tension from the inhale and release the tension from the inhale.

As you sit and continue to breathe into this new space and create softness around what you might be resisting,

That life is trying to make happen right now,

I want you to begin to focus your attention on the energy of potential and possibility.

And notice what comes to the surface as you gently remove the resistance and create space to accept the invitation from your intuition,

From the universe into what wants to happen next for you,

Not to you,

But for you.

Allow yourself to just be with the potential,

Be with the possibilities,

The excitement,

The expansion,

Without needing to think about the logistical or practical pieces of what comes with this next step forward.

Just let your body and your nervous system be with the expansive feelings of the possibility.

If you feel fear or worry or tension creeping back in,

Come back to your breath and use your inhale to soften that area where you're feeling the contraction.

And as you exhale,

Just release that tension,

That fear,

That worry.

And when you feel it dissipate,

Come back to the possibility,

To the potential and how that feels in your body.

I'm gonna take a few more minutes just bathing in the expansive sensations of what is possible in our next intuitive step forward in our life and our business and allow our nervous system to soak in that feeling.

Are you ready?

As you continue to breathe for a few more minutes,

Just invite any intuitive information to the surface of your awareness and see what else your intuition might be trying to share with you now that you've created some space and relaxation around the tension or resistance that you were feeling in your body,

The fear,

The worry.

Begin to slowly just bring your attention back to your breathing.

Bring your attention back to the physical space that you're in right now.

Back to your physical body.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Just start to move any parts of your body that need movement,

Maybe fingers,

Toes,

Moving your head and neck,

Relaxing your jaw,

Softening the muscles of your face.

And just use these next two minutes to slowly come back into this moment.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and gently move back into your day with the intention of staying open to what your intuition is needing to tell you,

Where it is trying to guide you,

And just trusting in the flow,

The rhythm,

And the timing of everything that is meant to happen for you in your life and in your business.
