What we're doing to begin before we actually move into our meditation is just get a piece of paper and a pen and we're going to take a few minutes to just write down anything that is taking up space in our consciousness right now in our mind.
So it might be something you're worried about,
Something you have to do,
The long list of things you have to do this week.
Just let everything come out on the page so that you can create space for your meditation and your intuition.
We'll just take two more minutes here brain dumping anything that needs to be released that we don't need to take care of right now during our meditation time.
Really simple,
Don't overthink it.
Whatever comes to mind just put it down on the page and when you feel complete just set your pen down and close your eyes.
Just begin to bring your attention to your breathing,
Focusing your attention to one place.
The most important thing which is your breath.
Breath is what moves us through the day.
Our breath is what determines our current state of being.
Our breath is what creates flow in our day in our life.
Our breath is what also heals us,
Pushes us.
Just start to observe your breath,
Watch it as if you were watching a wave flow in and out of the ocean onto the beach and then back into the ocean.
Allow yourself to really sink into your chair wherever you the most comfortable position for you today,
For your body today.
If you need to lie down that's totally fine.
Just let your breath flow in and out for a few more minutes naturally without changing anything.
Time to see where your breath is moving in your body,
Where you feel it,
Where is it most present.
As it's comfortable try to expand your inhale a little bit more so that when you take a breath in you feel your physical body expand.
Lengthen your exhale so that as you release your breath out as slow as you can,
Make it as long as you can without forcing it.
When you see yourself forcing or putting in too much effort just relax your breathing again and just imagine catching the next wave of your breath.
Throughout the meditation just use your breath as your anchor.
When you find yourself going off into thoughts,
Into that list that you made before starting,
To any worries or emotions,
Whatever it is,
Just circle back to your breathing.
Anchor yourself with your breath.
You can really imagine that sensation if you were sitting on the beach watching the ocean come in and out.
That sort of hypnotizing feeling.
It's what you want to try to find as you watch your breathing,
Feel your breathing.
Today in our meditation we're going to be feeling into or tuning into something that we might be resisting right now.
Something that might be getting in the way of us experiencing more is success,
Expansion,
Joy,
Flow.
Oftentimes our intuition is speaking to us,
Is guiding us very clearly,
But we resist that information that's trying to come through.
Just see if something comes to you organically.
Is there something that you know clearly that you're resisting?
Maybe it's a decision you need to make,
Action you need to take,
You need to release or let go of,
Something you need to do differently,
Need to add into your life,
A shift in your thinking,
Tune into that and see what you might be resisting right now.
It could actually bring you closer to what you really want to experience,
A thing into being.
You just feel into it.
If it's something your intuition has been nudging you to,
It'll come to the surface.
I often say that the actions we're not willing to take,
The decisions we're not willing to make,
Are the ones that will change our life.
There might be more than one thing that you're resisting right now.
Please make sure to just acknowledge what that is without any judgment,
Criticism towards yourself.
Resisting change is something that is very natural because we feel safer in our comfort zone,
We feel safer with what we know,
We feel more control space.
But if we really want to experience something different,
That happens outside of our comfort zone.
So just take a moment to acknowledge any discomfort that's there,
Again without any judgment,
Just lovingly acknowledge anything that comes through.
Keep anchoring yourself,
Your breathing,
Especially in moments of discomfort.
We use our breath to relax into whatever we're feeling in the moment.
Nice full expansive inhales,
Exhales.
And as you breathe,
I want you to imagine creating space to acknowledge whatever is there.
And as you exhale,
Release the discomfort,
Release anything that is getting in the way of your.
.
.
I want you to start to imagine what it would feel like if you released that resistance.
What would it feel like if you let go of that thing you know needs to be removed from your life?
What would it feel like if you added that thing that you know you should add to your life?
What would it feel like if you shifted your thinking?
If you made that decision or took that action that your intuition is guiding you towards?
I want you to try to really embody how you would feel.
What would your life look like?
What would your day-to-day experience feel like,
Be like?
Again,
It doesn't have to be anything big.
It can be as simple as your intuition guiding you towards taking a morning walk before getting on your computer,
Or having grateful,
Kind thoughts at the end of your day,
Instead of going through the list of things you didn't achieve.
If it is something big,
Know that everything happens just one step at a time.
To do or deal with everything all of it changes the micro action,
Actually create change and transformation in our life.
I take the last few minutes of the meditation to really embody this vision of who we would be,
What our life would look like,
What our days would look like,
If we stopped resisting that thing that wants to happen and just let it in.
Let that change in,
Let that transformation in.
Stay anchored with your breath,
Just enjoy being with your future self,
Future reality.
Allow yourself to really feel how wonderful it would be,
Help you find the courage and confidence to actually just let that change happen.
So it's not so much about doing more,
It's about letting go and letting it happen,
Letting the change and transformation happen.
The resistance comes from fighting it.
Slowly just start to bring tension and back to our breath.
Start to bring your attention to the space around you,
Any sound you might be hearing outside.
Then bring your attention to your physical body and keeping your eyes closed just start to do some micro fingers and toes,
Stretching your neck,
Breath come back to its natural rhythm.
You feel ready,
You can open your eyes and we're just going to stay here a moment together.
I always like to encourage you to maybe just get your pen and paper again and just write down anything that came through in the meditation,
Anything that feels really important to you.
There's nothing that you need to do with that immediately.
Trust that you will be guided in the right moment when it's time to do something with this intuitive information and just allow yourself to slowly move back into your day when you're ready.
