
Accessing Your Inner Wisdom
This guided meditation leads you directly to your inner wisdom by creating space and diving deep within, below the surface of all the noise, where your intuition lies. Get ready to enjoy the peacefulness of white space and infinite potential.

Hi,
And welcome to this meditation on accessing your inner wisdom.
Before we begin,
Find a journal or a notepad and a pen and just bring it close to you to use after the meditation.
When you're ready,
Find a comfortable position for your body,
Not the one you think you should take,
But the one that actually feels good to you.
Maybe that's with your feet on the floor,
Sitting up straight.
Maybe that's sitting with your legs crossed.
Maybe that's lying down.
Whatever that is comfortable for you,
Choose that.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Imagine a door in front of you and begin walking towards it.
Once you're there,
Turn the handle and open the door.
Once open,
You will see a completely empty room.
The wall in front of you is all glass,
And it looks out onto the ocean from a high viewpoint.
So you can't see the earth,
You can't see the beach.
All you can see is the endless ocean,
The blue sky,
And the sun beaming onto the water,
Creating a tunnel across the ocean of light.
The two walls are all glass,
The two walls to each side of you,
And the one at the back of the room are all white.
There's nothing in the room except one chair that was designed specifically for you.
Take a moment to imagine what that perfect chair would look like and feel like.
This chair will offer you a sense of comfort and empowerment,
As if you were sitting on your own throne.
Once you've decided what this magical chair is that has been perfectly designed for you,
Close the door behind you,
Lock it,
And go sit in your chair.
Nothing and no one may enter this room.
It is clear of all energy except for yours.
Let your body shift into your seat so that you find that perfectly comfortable alignment where your muscles are relaxed and your bones are stacked effortlessly to hold you up.
Take the time to make any adjustments you need.
Once you feel comfortable and settled into your chosen seat,
Locate your breath.
Without changing anything about it,
Just begin to observe where you can feel it in your body,
Its rhythm,
Its quality,
Whether the breath feels fluid and expansive or choppy and uncomfortable.
Please just embrace it exactly as it is without thinking that anything needs to be different right now.
Now do the same with your physical body.
Take a moment to scan it slowly from your head to your toes and take notice without any judgment,
Trusting that everything is exactly as it needs to be right now.
There is wise information in every reality we are experiencing,
Whether it's comfortable or joyful or uncomfortable.
The less we resist our reality,
The more clarity we can receive from it.
Everything is happening on purpose for a reason.
Now do the same with your mind.
Notice the quality of your mindset and your thinking.
How does your mind feel today?
Maybe like a busy city street or more like a calm lake?
Again,
Just notice the quality of your mind.
Maybe like a busy city street or more like a calm lake?
Again,
Just noticing without any judgment,
Allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper inside internally,
Below all of the layers of thinking,
Where you can actually access your inner wisdom.
There's information behind everything that we're feeling in the present moment.
And the more we slow down and listen,
The more we can hear what our intuition is trying to tell us.
Now let's move down to your soul.
How does your soul feel today?
That more ethereal part of your being.
Below the surface of the thinking and of the physical body,
At a deeper level,
Just notice how you're feeling.
Does your soul feel light and free?
Heavy,
Contracted,
Sad,
Bright?
Just keep going below all of the physical layers of who you are and notice what you see,
Hear and feel.
What information lies there?
Everything is interconnected.
It's important to not compartmentalize.
Our mind,
Our body and our soul,
They're all impacting one another at all times.
And if you view them independently,
You'll have a really restricted understanding of what is and what is possible.
And the place to begin to create a shift or transformation is with the breath.
The breath is like the ocean.
It flows like the ocean.
It has the power and the wisdom of the ocean.
It's fluid,
Flexible,
And it holds infinite potential.
In any moment,
If you slow down and observe your breathing,
You will know what is going on.
And as you shift your breathing,
You will quickly hear and feel what you need.
Slowly locate your breath again,
Now that you've honored and embraced everything as it currently is.
Begin to take more conscious inhales into the space that is available in your body,
And longer exhales without forcing anything.
Just keep staying really present with any information that comes to the surface,
Any clarity that appears,
Any insights that show up.
Try to keep all judgment out of the room,
And just keep letting things be as they are,
Even if it's uncomfortable,
Emotional,
Or frustrating.
Again,
There's wisdom behind everything we're feeling.
And those feelings are temporary,
And they are a pathway to our next level of expansion.
So just breathe through them until they dissipate,
And they will dissipate with time.
Just continue to allow your breath to expand on the inhale into the space that is available,
And with each new breath,
New space,
More space will become available.
And extend on the exhale,
Slowing down the breath as it comes in and comes out.
Again,
With each new breath,
New space will be created for expansion in the body,
In the mind,
And in your soul.
Stay with this breath for a few more minutes in the silence of the empty room.
Let the space that is around you and in front of you expand inside of you.
Let that feeling of spaciousness around you and in front of you,
The feeling of spaciousness that you see and feel when you look out at the ocean,
Let that begin to expand inside of you as well.
The more space that is created,
The more clearly you can hear,
Feel,
And see your wisdom.
It might begin to appear as a really soft whisper and gradually become louder,
Or it might show up loud and clear immediately.
There are no rules as to how intuition should show up.
Let your wisdom show itself however it desires to.
Whatever comes up,
Just let it be with you in the chair.
There's nothing to do with that wisdom or those insights or that clarity right now.
The next steps will come in the right moment,
And you will know exactly what needs to be done.
Just give your wisdom space to speak to you.
This process can't be forced or rushed.
Stay with your wisdom a few more minutes as you follow the flow of your breath.
See if any other information needs to come to the surface.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your attention back to the luxurious chair you're sitting in,
To the empty room that is around you,
And to the ocean that is in front of you.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Bring your attention now to your physical body,
And just start to move any areas of your body that feels good,
Keeping your eyes closed still.
This can be small micro movements or big stretches,
Whatever feels good to you right now.
Just slowly come back to this space in time.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
But just stay still for a moment in this quiet space.
I encourage you to grab your pen and your journal or your notepad and take a few minutes to just jot anything down on the page.
Any insights,
Realizations,
Ideas,
Healing,
Clarity,
Guidance,
All of that is wisdom and intuition.
Just let whatever needs to flow out,
Flow out onto the page.
You can literally imagine your wisdom flowing out of you,
Out through your fingers,
Through the pen and onto the page.
When you're finished,
I want you to put all of this aside for a little bit.
Just let all this simmer,
Let your body,
Your mind and your soul absorb the empty space,
The wisdom that came through.
And just trust that when it's time to do something with this wisdom,
It will be crystal clear.
And you will initiate action effortlessly.
