Feel your body just start to relax.

Feel your mind start to quiet.

Don't force a thing.

Remember effortless and ease.

Now I want you to feel your face start to soften.

Feel your forehead start to soften.

Your jaw start to relax.

Even your cheeks,

Feel your cheeks just start to just surrender and relax.

You won't believe how much tension we hold in our face.

I also want you to feel the top of your head just start to relax.

And to surrender and feel the light coming down from the top of your head and washing over your face.

Coming to your neck area,

Feel your neck and your throat start to soften.

Feel your ears start to soften.

Call to your higher power to let you hear the words and what you're meant to hear that will guide you on your path.

Now feel your shoulders start to soften.

Sometimes we feel like we're carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders.

Feel the light and the relaxation go down your arms and into your hands.

Feel any tension you may be holding onto in your arms just melting away like butter.

Feel your hands start to soften.

We do so much with our hands that we don't even realize.

Sometimes we don't even appreciate how much our hands do for us.

Now I want you to go back up into your heart.

Feel your heart start to expand and start to soften.

Getting rid of any junk that is stored in there that is just no longer serving you.

Fall is the best time for letting go.

Letting go of what no longer serves us.

Time to clean out the heart.

Now I want you to move into the belly.

Feel your belly and your guts start to soften.

Your solar plexus,

Your powerhouse.

And I want you to quietly tell yourself from this day forward I will learn to say no when I need to say no.

I will be open but yet I will self protect when I need to self protect.

Now drop down into your pelvic region.

Feel your pelvic start to open.

Feel this area start to relax.

We are going to wrap around to your back.

Feel your back start to soften.

Let the light in on your back.

Feel any tension you may be holding onto in the back just start melting away like butter.

Feel your body becoming free and becoming light.

Now we are going to go down into the legs.

Feel your legs just start to soften letting go of any tension.

Let any tension you may be holding onto in the legs come out through the feet.

Letting go.

Now we are going to drop down to the ankles.

Feel the ankles start to soften.

The feet start to soften.

The toes start to soften and loosen up.

Let's be grateful for our feet.

For they carry our whole body.

We've traveled so far already in this life.

Many more places to go.

I want you to take a moment and I want you to give your body gratitude and to be grateful for your body and for all the working parts of your body.

How they all work in unison.

Take that moment to be grateful and let the healing light of love and healing and of higher power just wash over you.

And I want you to repeat quietly to yourself.

I am healthy.

I am health.

I am well being.

I am vitality.

I am health.

I am well being.

I am vitality.

Now I want you to scan your body for any tight spots and I want you to breathe into any tight spots in your body.

I am going to give you a couple minutes to do this and then we will start on the heart.

Scan your body for any tight spots and just breathe into them.

Breathe into all of those tight spots.

Your body is love.

It is a vessel.

You are here to do great things.

Breathe into all the tight tension spots.

Now we are going to go up and we are going to breathe into the heart.

The most important part of the body.

The heart carries a lot.

It does a lot.

I want you to keep breathing into the heart.

Feel your heart start to expand.

Feel the light of God,

The higher power coming into your heart.

Your heart is being filled with goodness and love and light and joy,

True joy.

And breathe into the heart.

Feel it open.

Now we are going to repeat.

You can repeat it after me silently or aloud,

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Three times the mantra.

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo.

Just feel it throughout your heart.

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo.

Feel it cleansing your heart,

Your heart opening.

One last time.

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo.

Now you can repeat it quietly to yourself or just sit in your heart center.

And in the stillness of your heart.

I will mind the time.

I'm going to give you a couple minutes.

Just sit with your heart.

Really get in there.

Get into the stillness of the heart.

Really listen.

Really focus and surrender.

Are you feeling the heart start to expand?

Right now imagine your heart being massaged,

Letting go of any toxins or old,

Old emotions that are stored in the heart.

Feel them being released and continue to sit in the silence of the heart and the stillness.

Another minute to sit in the stillness of the heart.

And breathe in.

Now with your eyes closed,

I want you to really listen to where your heart is leading you.

We're going to take two minutes and I want you to really listen to where your heart is leading you.

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo.

Tune in.

I want you to thank your heart for allowing you to love and for allowing you to feel all the emotions you feel.

You're human,

You're alive.

That's the beauty of being alive.

So thank your heart for every emotion and everything it allows you to feel.

And whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
