Welcome everyone.

Go ahead and connect into a comfortable seat or perhaps lying on the earth.

Go ahead and just start to gently close your eyes and bringing your hands and resting them on your body.

Perhaps one palm on the belly on the womb and another palm on the heart.

And just taking a moment to drop into your body.

Dropping into the space today.

Connecting into a deeper breath in the beginning.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Noticing the rise and the fall flowing in and flowing out.

And just knowing within this moment,

Within this day,

That there is nothing to change and there is nothing to fix.

It's just an invitation to feel.

To notice what is arising for you.

What feels stuck,

What feels stagnant,

What feels electric,

What feels numb.

And just drawing your breath into that space or into those spaces.

And again just noticing the breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Start to bring your awareness into the support beneath you.

Perhaps you're on the floor,

Perhaps you're sitting on a blanket or a block or a poster on the floor or lying on the earth.

And just start to feel the texture of that support.

Maybe even feeling the texture of your clothing and any other fabric that is touching your body right now as we drop in a little bit more.

Just knowing that right now the support beneath you is available right here,

Right now.

Connecting us into safety and dropping us in just a little bit more within each exhalation.

Start to notice any unnecessary tension,

Any contraction in the body and even within those places,

Feeling connecting into perhaps texture,

Temperature,

Movement,

Color.

And again just bringing the flow of your breath in and out.

Start to bring your breath and draw your inhalation all the way into the chest,

Into the heart space.

And as you breathe in and out,

Just breathing into the depth of your heart,

The front body and the back body and beyond.

And as you keep your hands gently resting perhaps within the heart space and within the belly and within the womb,

Start to bring or draw your breath all the way down into your pelvic bowl.

Just breathing into the right hip,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Drawing your breath into the left hip,

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you invite your breath to flow into these areas,

Inviting each exhalation as an invitation just to drop in a little bit more so that you can start to feel a little bit more beyond the labels,

Beyond the labels of emotions connecting us into the energetic body.

And I want to bring you into a little bit of sound today and if at any point within your seat you want to create a little bit of movement to move the energy or noticing perhaps if there's anything stagnant within your body,

Perhaps a feeling that needs to be shifted.

Please invite your body into any movement.

And we'll do just a couple sighs together.

Taking in a deep inhalation and then exhale it all out.

And you're going to do two more of those deep inhalation.

And one more deep inhalation.

And then just returning back into your body,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Slowly just start to release your hands and placing them in a comfortable way within this moment.

And I invite you with your eyes still closed to take a moment and just drop into this question into the body.

What am I ready for?

What am I ready for?

And as you drop into your body,

The wisdom of your body,

And as you drop into this question,

Can you drop into sensation?

Can you drop into feeling and trust what is arising within the wisdom of your body?

And what am I ready for?

And then in your own time,

Gently bringing yourself to your hands and knees.

If you need support beneath the knees,

You can bring a blanket or perhaps a yoga mat,

Whatever brings you into comfort.

And as you come to your hands and knees,

Just start to let your neck relax with ease.

Let your head just hang towards the earth and perhaps start moving the neck very gently,

Releasing any tension,

Any contraction.

And as you drop into the wisdom of your body with this question,

What am I ready for?

Where is the energy going within your physical body and beyond?

Maybe it's in your back body.

Maybe it's in your front body.

Maybe it's within the breathing body.

Maybe it's within the breathing body and just gently start to move in any way that your body is asking you to move.

Start to breathe in any way that your breathing body is asking you to breathe.

Perhaps it's deeper breaths.

Perhaps it's really exhaling through the mouth.

Is there sound that's coming up for you?

And again,

Dropping into the question,

What am I ready for?

I'm just breathing in and breathing out.

As you keep moving in the body,

Maybe you start to bring some movement in the hips.

Maybe you're feeling the energy in your right shoulder,

Your left shoulder.

Maybe you're feeling the energy between the eyebrows,

Within your heart space.

And how would you gently drop into movement to start to create space?

Breathing into that space.

Maybe it's letting go of feeling blocked with the answer to this question.

Maybe you know the answer and the invitation is to move with tenderness,

With compassion,

With trust.

Perhaps you're feeling a more challenging emotion.

And can you move beyond the label of that emotion and start to move the way you feel?

And again,

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Nothing to change and nothing to fix.

There's no need to go searching for an answer to this question.

And I'll say that again,

There's no need to go searching for an answer to this question.

It's just an invitation to notice the wisdom of your body,

To trust the wisdom of your body,

And move with that wisdom,

Moving with your breathing body.

Again,

Just breathing in and breathing out.

And one more time,

If there's any sound that you need to release within this question,

This answer,

That is always welcome.

And then slowly coming back into your seat,

Just for a moment,

Resting one palm on the belly,

The womb and one palm within your heart space.

Now just feeling the energy that is rising up from the invitation of dropping into primal movements,

Perhaps dropping into sound and again,

Trusting the wisdom of your body and coming back to the question,

What am I ready for?

What am I ready for?
