This meditation will support you in connecting to the worthiness,

The deservingness,

The remembrance of who you are without doing,

Forcing,

Making,

And will simply invite you to connect to your beingness,

Your present moment awareness,

Sinking into this moment right here,

Right now,

And remembering that you're enough and who you are underneath all of the roles,

Responsibilities,

And narratives.

Just take a moment to settle in here,

Feeling free to sit up,

Maybe to lie back,

Whatever feels right for you,

Making a choice to leave the eyes open or closing them softly.

If you leave them open,

Just focus on something non-moving as you direct your energy and attention inward.

Begin to feel your muscles just relax and soften into your chair,

Your bed,

Maybe the floor,

Wherever you are,

Whatever surface that's supporting you right now.

Let your body just feel completely surrendered in this way.

Just feel that support underneath you and just slowly melt into it as you give yourself full permission to be here,

Right here,

Right now,

For this 15 minutes,

Just committing to being totally present right here,

Right now,

For 15 minutes.

So whatever is on your mind,

Whatever worries exist,

Let them know that it can wait.

It can wait 15 minutes and just gently and lovingly commit to your intention of being here right now.

As you take a breath in through your nose,

Just feel the cold air coming in.

And as you exhale through your nose,

Feel the warm air as you exhale out.

Inhale,

Gently releasing the belly outward.

Exhale,

Gently drawing it in,

Just allowing your breath to completely nourish and support your body,

Deepening the breath,

Feeling just the incredible healing impact connecting to our breath and the quality of it has on our mental,

Emotional state,

Bringing the nervous system into balance,

Activating the parasympathetic response,

Creating a sense of ease and well-being within.

From here,

I want you to envision just beautiful healing rays just coming in.

And while these healing rays are coming in,

You're giving permission for anything that you don't need to exit,

Anything that's heavy or weighing you down is exiting as you bask in this beautiful healing light.

And from here,

I'd like you to see yourself in a beautiful space in nature,

A space in nature,

Maybe the beach,

Maybe a colorful and visual park with lots of green,

Lots of trees,

Lots of nature around you,

Maybe a creek with some water flowing,

Maybe a waterfall.

But just envision yourself out in nature in a way that feels really peaceful and supportive to you right now.

And just give yourself a moment to settle in,

Trust yourself,

Trust what comes to mind,

And just settle in.

And as you enter nature in this space in which you're seeing in your mind's eye,

I want you to take in with all of your senses what you observe,

Connecting to the colors,

To the vibrancy,

To the artistry of nature.

And give yourself a moment to just be in complete astonishment and wonder and awe of its beauty,

Maybe taking in the sounds around you.

What do you hear connecting and slowing down as you stay open to the little details?

And from here,

I'd like you to reconnect to your breath and just take a moment to check in.

Notice the quality of your breath now from when we first started.

I'd like you to see yourself now with the sun just shining upon you so comfortably.

Maybe you feel the wind and a nice cool breeze as you feel the sun just warm your body,

Feed your soul.

Maybe you see just the shimmer of the sun on the water,

How it changes the shade of the grass,

Of the trees.

Maybe you see some animals also enjoying it.

And from here,

I invite you to put a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly as you connect to the vibration of gratitude and appreciation for your willingness to just be here right now as you are.

No judgment,

No criticism,

Just openness,

Just full acceptance for where you are right now in this very moment.

And say to yourself,

I am becoming more and more connected to my true self every day.

I am remembering my worthiness a little bit more each day.

I am deserving without having to do,

Perform,

Reach,

Or force.

Every day I am creating more and more safety in my body to be my true self.

Every day I am learning to love my true self more and more.

You are so worthy,

Beautiful,

Compassionate,

Valuable,

And deserving.

Take a moment here to activate this remembrance and allow yourself to take it in through your inhales and anchoring it in deeper with your exhale.

The beauty that is all around you in the space that you chose is who you are.

This is you.

We are a part of this.

We are so interconnected with nature.

The beauty that you're witnessing is the beauty that lives inside of you.

Take this experience and this feeling with you and may you carry it into all of your interactions,

Relationships,

And choices.

May you remember your innate goodness and who you are underneath the layers and layers that condemn this expression.

May your light shine bright and may you carry the remembrance of who you are always.

From here just relaxing your hands,

Taking a few moments to connect to your breath again,

Stretching your body in any way that feels good.

Maybe even just moving your fingers and toes or just a long body stretch.

If you're in a seated position maybe just lifting your arms and stretching or if you're relaxed back just doing a full body stretch if that feels good to you.

And from here just gently coming back into the room feeling more connected,

More steady,

And more confident in who you are.
