The purpose is to bring the mind into the body to move the stuck energy and then relax and bring more breath into the vessel. This meditation is meant to connect you to your true self and know the love that you are. It ends with a repetition of Ho'oponopono.

Welcome.

We'll begin today by bringing the mind into the body and activating the seven chakras of the physical body.

The way we'll do this is using breath of fire and directing the mind through the body.

Breath of fire is a quick exhale through the nose.

Let's exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Without any focus on the inhale,

This quick exhale causes a snapping sensation in the belly which encourages the inhale in between the exhale.

Let's try it together.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Take a deep breath and let it all go.

Now bringing the mind to the top of the head,

Chakra seven,

The crown.

With all of your focus there,

Continue with your breath of fire.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Take a deep breath.

Exhale fully and drop the mind into chakra six behind the eyes.

Pull the eyes together and up just slightly and continue with breath of fire.

All of the focus in the center of your brain.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Deep breath in.

Exhale completely as you drop the mind into the throat chakra and continue with breath of fire.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Keep it going.

Deep breath in.

Let it all go as you drop your mind into the throat chakra and exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Deep breath in.

Exhale completely as you drop your mind into the heart chakra.

Again,

Breath of fire.

All of the awareness in the heart chakra as you exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Keep it going if you can.

Deep breath in.

Exhale it all out,

Dropping the mind into the solar plexus at the base of your sternum.

Continuing with your breath of fire,

All of the awareness in your power center.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Deep breath in.

Exhaling out as you drop the awareness to your wisdom center just below the belly button.

Continuing with breath of fire.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Stay with it if you can.

Just a few more breaths.

Deep breath in.

Exhale,

Let it go.

And finally landing the awareness in your root chakra at the base of the spine in the perineum.

Engage mula bandha,

Slight root lock,

And continue with your breath of fire,

All of the awareness there.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

And deep breath in.

And exhale,

Relax.

Feel your body soften and relax.

Enjoy a few moments here of stillness.

Begin to tune in to your inner world.

Become aware of you.

Notice what it feels like to be you.

Who are you?

Where are you in your life?

Breathe as you notice the sensations in your body,

The inner feeling of being you.

Sit with this feeling and notice if you feel any resistance to this moment.

Sit with you and notice what surfaces.

Are there things about you,

Things about your life that you feel resistance to?

Think about your body,

Your health,

Your relationships,

Your job.

Observe and notice all of these aspects of your life.

Breathe even deeper.

Breathe in the belly and notice if thoughts come up.

Thoughts of judgment,

Comparison,

Fear,

Or insecurity.

Allow and accept all feelings that are rising within you.

Welcome them.

Allow the thoughts and the feelings coming up to move through you.

They are not you.

They are emotion,

Energy in motion.

Acknowledge the thoughts and the feelings.

Accept them and then let them go.

Allow the thoughts and the feelings to move through you with the breath.

Now drop the awareness down into the root chakra and activate mula bandha,

Root lock,

A gentle lift of the pelvic floor muscles.

Holding that root lock,

Begin to take a slow,

Deep breath.

Feel the breath filling the belly.

Continue to inhale,

Allowing the energy to rise up into your power center.

Keep inhaling until the breath is expanding up into your heart center,

Stretching open the inside.

And when you can't hold anymore,

Exhale the breath out in every direction.

Relax.

Feel the expansiveness within your body.

Feel the truth of who you are.

You are love.

Can you forgive yourself for anything you are holding on to?

Can you forgive the judgment,

The idea of mistakes or decisions that you regret?

Can you decide now to forgive yourself?

Again,

Activate mula bandha,

Root lock,

And take another slow,

Deep breath.

Continue to inhale deeply into the belly.

Keep inhaling,

Filling the body with more divine inspiration.

Filling the breath up into the heart space,

Into the throat,

Expanding within.

And when you must exhale,

Send the breath out in all directions.

And relax.

What if there was nothing to forgive?

What if you knew it all happened as it should and you are divinely guided?

What does it feel like to accept?

To accept yourself fully and to accept the divinity within you?

Can you free yourself from the thoughts that have a hold on you?

Breathe in the belly.

One more time,

Activating mula bandha,

Inhaling deeply,

Filling the vessel,

Stretching open the solar plexus,

Breathing in and up into the heart space,

Into the throat,

Pull your shoulders back and down as you expand inward.

And when you exhale,

Send it out in all directions.

And relax.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

You are divine.

You are love.

And you are loved.

Namaste.

I did this Thanksgiving morning to forgive myself for feelings that came up with my family the day before. I felt a sense of calm and ease ❤️
