Hello and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Yelena Fu.
Today we are going to practice breathing with affirmations.
We are going to use our breath to help us release the old stagnant unnecessary things,
Make space for beautiful new things to come and we are going to invite all the beautiful things into our energy field and into our life.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable place and a comfortable position for this meditation.
Open your back and relax your shoulders,
Relax your neck and your jaw.
Jaw usually holds a lot of tension.
Relax your face and you may close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath and notice the path of your breath from your nostrils,
Through your nose,
Throat,
Chest,
Down to the belly as you inhale and all of that back when you exhale.
You don't have to change or force your breath in any way.
Simply notice its journey through your respiratory system and through your body.
If your mind starts wondering that it's totally okay,
Just notice and bring your attention back to your breath.
For a few moments here,
Focus especially on your exhale.
Notice all the details.
How your stomach contracts,
Your chest,
How your shoulders slightly pull back,
How your face and nostrils move.
And now breathe out all the resentment you feel,
Conscience and unconscious,
All the disappointment,
Hurt,
Anger.
Exhale with every exhale how those things leave your system and return to the universe.
Breathe out your worries,
Anxiety,
Fears,
Sadness.
Breathe out useless thought and behavior patterns,
Outdated beliefs,
All the negativity,
All the negativity.
Breathe out all the masks you have to wear every day,
All your roles,
Titles.
Breathe out failures,
Unmet expectations,
All your negative past experiences.
Feel the space that's opening up now.
And a few moments in that space.
Return to your breath and notice your inhale.
Pay attention to the details.
How your nostrils move,
How your throat and chest open,
Shoulders relax,
Stomach expands.
With each inhale now,
Invite new energy to enter the newly opened space.
Breathe in joy,
Hope,
Kindness.
Breathe in compassion,
Understanding,
Acceptance.
Breathe in forgiveness,
Calmness,
Stability.
Breathe in openness,
Faith.
Breathe in love.
Feel now how this new energy flows in your body,
Your breath.
Feel it in every part of your body,
Every organ,
Every cell.
Rest in this beautiful energy.
We are coming to an end of this practice.
Stay a little bit longer with this energy if you wish or slowly bring your attention back to your surroundings,
To your body.
Gently move,
Wiggle your toes,
Fingers,
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
