Messages from Shaltazar,

Letting Go,

Loving Fully,

And Being Seen.

Greetings dear ones,

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavish Baninu,

The Energy of Thirty-Three,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of Forty-Four,

The Master Healer.

Today we offer you a simple yet profound three-step path,

The art of letting go,

The deep remembering of self-love,

And the courage to be seen.

These steps build upon one another,

Guiding you back to the wholeness that has always been yours.

And though simple in their essence,

They are rich in depth and transformation when fully embraced.

First comes letting go.

This is the gateway to freedom.

To let go is to release your grip on identities,

Stories,

Relationships,

And beliefs that no longer serve you.

It is to recognize when you are carrying a burden that has grown too heavy and to set it down.

Letting go is not a loss but a sacred clearing.

Just as a tree releases its leaves so new growth can emerge,

You too must allow what has completed its purpose to fall away.

Letting go also means releasing control,

Trusting life without the constant rehearsal of the future.

When you insist on scripting every outcome,

You shut out the mystery that carries miracles.

Begin with small tangible acts.

Clear a drawer you no longer use.

Take a deep breath and release a single worry.

Pause before reacting in a habitual way.

Notice how your body softens with each release.

These are the first steps towards building the muscle of surrender,

Which will serve you in greater challenges.

From this space of release,

You enter the second step,

Self-love.

Once the noise of clinging quiets,

You can hear the truth that love already lives within you.

Self-love is not a reward to be earned.

It is your natural state.

Yet for many,

It lies buried under layers of criticism,

Comparison,

And neglect.

To uncover it,

You must become your own gentle ally.

Practice daily acts of kindness toward yourself.

Speak words of compassion to the person you see in the mirror.

Place a hand over your heart and whisper,

I am not only good enough,

I am great,

Until the words feel like home.

Nourish your body with foods and movement that honor its needs.

Give yourself permission to rest without guilt.

Let yourself feel joy without needing to justify it.

In time,

You will discover that your worthiness is not tied to your achievements,

But to your very being.

Self-love is also about boundaries.

Learn to say no when something drains you,

And yes when something lights you up.

Surround yourself with those who honor and uplift you.

Forgive yourself for the times you forgot your own value.

Each act of self-love strengthens your foundation,

Preparing you for the next step.

With self-love as your anchor,

You are ready for the third step,

Being seen.

This is often the most challenging for fear of judgment,

Rejection,

Or loss of safety runs deep.

Yet to be seen is to serve.

The light within you was never meant to be hidden away.

Your presence,

Your story,

Your unique expression,

They are medicine for someone in the world.

Begin gently.

Share a piece of your truth with a trusted friend.

Offer your art,

Your words,

Or your ideas to a small,

Supportive group.

Let yourself be visible in spaces where compassion flows freely.

Over time,

Expand your circle.

Being seen does not require grand gestures.

It is the consistent choice to show up authentically,

Even in small ways.

We understand that for many healers,

Empaths,

And light bringers,

And even those who have not yet recognized the quiet calling within to guide,

To comfort,

To bring light,

The fear of being seen is shaped by lifetimes of silencing and by wounds from this life.

But this is a new era,

And the world is calling for you now.

Anchor yourself in your why,

Your love,

Your healing,

Your desire to contribute to the awakening of the whole.

Let this purpose be stronger than your fear.

Remember,

These three steps form a living cycle.

Letting go creates space for self-love.

Self-love builds the courage to be seen.

Being seen invites new experiences that will again call you to let go.

Each cycle lifts you higher into your authenticity and into your service to the world.

We bring you this message from a place of love.

Our love for you is everlasting and unconditional.

Every release,

Every act of self-kindness,

Every moment you choose to step forward in visibility sends ripples of light into a world in need.

Are you ready,

Dear ones,

To let go,

To love yourself fully,

And to be seen in the truth of who you are?

The path awaits,

And you do not walk alone.
