A journey to freedom from obsessive thoughts.

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavish Baninu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

We have come forth at this time to bring you a message about releasing the burdens of your mind.

We know many of you crave a deeper sense of peace in these challenging times,

And the peace we wish to address is the peace that arises not from the absence of thought,

But from the surrendering,

The letting go,

The loosening of the grip of the thoughts that do not serve your highest good.

It is impossible to participate fully in human life without the assistance of your mind,

And so at this time we wish to help you deal with those thoughts that can cause you great discomfort.

Many of you hold within your minds a web of tangled thoughts,

Patterns woven with tension and fear,

Held tightly like stones clenched in a closed fist.

Feel this image of a fist gripping a small stone so forcefully that it presses into your being,

Creating a deep discomfort,

An ache,

And yet you do not release it.

There is a belief,

A whisper of fear,

That these thoughts somehow shield you from harm.

You trust the mind to solve the problem,

To find the answer,

To keep you safe.

But this,

Dear ones,

Is an illusion,

A creation of the mind itself.

These thoughts are not the source of your safety,

Nor are they the root of your suffering.

They are but messengers,

Symptoms woven to reveal something deeper within.

The unacknowledged fear,

The energy calling for your attention and your healing.

Your thoughts are simply echoes of unresolved energies,

Patterns that persist because they seek your attention,

Yearning to be released,

To be transformed.

These thoughts,

Though persistent,

Are not your essence.

They are rather the shadows of emotions,

Unprocessed and unhealed.

They are the remnants of the emotional trauma of your personal history.

They come forth urging you to release them so you can heal the suffering of your past.

As you observe these thoughts,

As you bring your awareness to them,

Notice how tightly focused they become,

Like a magnifying glass drawing sunlight into a burning beam.

Attention is this focused energy,

This burning beam of thought that when held too long,

Begins to consume itself,

Trapping you in a cycle of intensity and resistance.

To break free from this cycle,

Awareness must be your guide.

Awareness is the first key to freedom,

The gentle shift that allows you to see without judgment,

To observe without resistance.

This awareness we speak of is not simply of the mind.

It is the watchful eye of the soul,

The presence within you that sees all things without attachment.

It is the still,

Quiet part of you that can watch the mind's patterns without becoming entangled in them.

Cultivate this awareness,

Dear ones,

As you would tend to a sacred flame.

Allow it to illuminate your inner landscape,

To reveal the energies moving within you.

For in the depths of each obsessive thought lies a feeling,

An energy that has not yet been acknowledged.

It is this hidden feeling that fuels the thought,

That gives it its power and its persistence.

Take time each day to practice awareness in stillness.

Meditation can be a powerful tool for this practice,

For it creates a sanctuary where the mind can rest,

Where you can begin to see the thoughts without reacting to them.

In this space of inner quiet,

Allow yourself to witness the thoughts that arise,

Not as enemies to be conquered,

But as messengers bearing gifts.

Each thought carries within it a seed of insight,

A glimpse of an emotion you may have resisted,

Avoided,

Or suppressed.

And as you witness these emotions,

Bring them close.

Do not fear them,

For they are fragments of your own being,

Waiting to be held,

To be embraced.

You may find sorrow,

You may even find deep-seated fears that you have long avoided.

But remember,

These emotions are not here to harm you,

To be acknowledged,

And to be set free.

When you allow these energies to move,

The obsessive thoughts that they fuel begin to loosen.

Know that this release may not be instantaneous.

Some energies are buried deep,

Layered within the memories and experiences that can span across the eons of your soul's journey.

They may be challenging to identify and comprehend,

So be patient with this process.

Each moment of awareness is a step towards freedom,

A softening of the mind's grip,

A release of the dense energies that keep you in ever-repeating cycles of thought.

And if the thoughts feel too intense,

And your mind feels like a whirlpool drawing you deeper into its vortex,

We encourage you to pause.

Stop suddenly,

As if breaking a spell.

This pause is a moment of disruption,

A halt that allows you to reset,

To remember your true essence.

For when you pause,

You call back your spirit,

You summon the energy of balance,

Your freedom.
