Namaste and welcome to day 5 of level 1 course on Siva Kundalini Sadhana.

On day 1,

You learnt about the practice of awakening the Kundalini energy.

Awakening the Kundalini is not a trivial matter.

It is not uncommon to hear about Sadhana who even after several years of intense and regular practice have not been able to awaken their Kundalini.

With Siva Kundalini Sadhana,

However,

Several practitioners have reported that on day 1 of the practice they were able to feel the awakened Kundalini.

For some,

It was immediately after the completion of the course and some reported signs of Kundalini awakening within 2 weeks.

Almost everyone who has undergone this course has been able to awaken their Kundalini and can vouch for this process as a safe and incredibly quick way to awaken the Kundalini.

On day 2,

You were initiated into the core mantra of the practice and we meditated using this mantra.

On day 3,

You learnt about the meditation,

Samadhi and its benefits.

You also learnt about different brain states and the wave frequencies associated therein.

On day 4,

You learnt about a technique called energy shield that helps you preserve the energy gained through meditation or Samadhi and provides overall protection.

Today,

We will wrap up all the things you learnt over the last 4 days and you will learn how to integrate it into your daily practice.

The daily practice consists of 4 steps.

When you start your meditation,

The first step is that you should apply the energy shield.

This will help you let go of the distractions in the energy plane,

Balance your energies and prepare you for meditation.

As I have explained in day 4,

The energy shield has below steps.

You can apply the energy shield in either a sitting or a standing position.

You can either be in a relaxed standing position or sit in a comfortable position.

Hold the fingers of your right hand in Chin Mudra by linking your thumb and index fingers and raise your hand above your head till it is fully stretched.

Now bring down your right hand from the position at the top of your head to the center of your heart chakra or anahata as if you were drawing an imaginary straight line in the air.

Continue to hold your right hand in Chin Mudra and now take your right hand and touch the corner of your left shoulder.

Draw an imaginary straight line in the air with your right hand from the corner of your left shoulder to the corner of your right shoulder and take it back to the corner of your left shoulder.

Repeat this process for another 6 times.

Now continue to hold your right hand in the Chin Mudra and stretch your right hand to reach the left hand in front of your left shoulder.

Draw an imaginary straight line in the top left corner to the bottom left corner.

Now stretch your right to the left hand to the top left corner behind the shoulder.

Now draw an imaginary straight line from the the top left corner to the bottom left corner behind the left shoulder.

Repeat this process on the front and back of the right shoulder.

Then stretch your right hand to reach over the top of your head.

Continue to hold your hand in Chin Mudra and rotate it as if you are drawing an imaginary circle on top of your head in anti-clockwise direction three times.

Then bring your right hand near your heart chakra and release the Chin Mudra.

In step 2,

You will invoke blessings by placing your right hand on the heart chakra or anahata and pray for three times.

O Gurudeva,

Kindly bless me and activate my Kundalini and chakras.

In step 3,

You draw your attention inwards by closing both your ears with your thumbs.

Close your eyes with your index and middle fingers.

Now observe the inner sounds.

Be in this state for two minutes.

In step 4,

Hold your hands in Chin Mudra while resting them on your knees and recite the Sivoham Mantra mentally without moving your lips or tongue.

Slowly increase the gap between each recitation and immerse yourself in the pause.

Whatever happens,

Just let it happen.

Now we will do Samadhi practice and close our session for today.

Do not try to do this practice while you are driving or operating heavy machinery.

This practice has to be done in a comfortably seated position on the ground or in a chair.

Be seated in a comfortable position.

Keep your spine,

Neck and head erect and in a straight line.

Now mentally repeat along with me the mantra and observe the gap between the two recitations.

Be like that for 10 seconds.

Now remove your hands from your eyes and slowly open your eyes by looking into your open palm.

You can rub your face,

Head and body with your palms.

Today you learned how to integrate the content covered in the last 4 days into a daily practice regimen.

This completes level 1 of Siva Kundalini Sadhana.

Great things await you in level 2 where you will learn about Nadi's activation of Sushumna Nadi and how to raise your Kundalini through the Brahmanadi within the Sushumna.

Thank you for attending this course.

I encourage you to devote yourself to regular meditation practice through which I am sure you will develop a deeper recognition of your true self.
