Hello beautiful souls,

This is June Bee and today we're going to talk about overcoming obstacles and challenges in life.

Let's review these simple ways to help overcome obstacles and challenges in your life today.

Firstly,

Make a plan.

We never know what will happen up ahead.

Having some kind of plan is a great way to reduce stress which can hold us back from reaching our fullest potential.

Planning for a great outcome and also for the possibility that things may not go the way you expect them can take a load off.

If we have some sort of plan in place it allows us to focus on more of the good in life and enjoy our beautiful moments in this present moment which is the only place that we have true power.

So leave the worrying for another time,

Make a plan,

Let it go and enjoy your time right now.

Next,

This is not a solo journey.

Even though we may spend much of our lives by ourselves there are times that we need to realize we are not alone.

If we have things that seem too big to handle we can always ask for help and support.

There is nothing weak about asking for help,

To the contrary it shows great strength to know that you need help and are willing to reach out to get the best possible solution for your situation.

Next,

Feel your feelings.

There is a saying that goes you have to feel to heal.

How many of us are trying so hard not to feel the emotion and as a result making the feelings that we don't want to last so much longer.

Try taking some quiet time to delve into your feelings about your situation.

Remember it is your perspective on things that causes the pain.

Try looking at things from another perspective,

Journaling what feelings you have as the art of committing them to paper takes a lot of the power out of the pain and out of the situation.

It also stops negative thoughts from bouncing around and around in your head like clothes in a washing machine.

Do the inner work and let things go.

Next,

Think big.

This one is great for putting the focus on growth and personal development.

Thinking big is such a great thing to do.

People may think oh that's ridiculous although what if you could actually achieve what you have been thinking of or even more.

The most impossible sounding things that people have achieved in our lives all started with a thought and thinking bigger than they could ever imagine and they manifested it into their lives by keeping their eyes on the prize.

Declutter the mind.

Take a break and clear your mind of unnecessary distractions and thoughts.

Stressing out about things you cannot change puts you in a fight-or-flight state of mind and constantly being there can cause anxiety and stress.

So if you have an obstacle,

Write it down which takes the power out of it.

Then write down all the possible solutions or steps you can take to overcome the issue and if you try some of them and they don't work,

Hey try some more.

This process will allow some space in your brain and then the fun part is replacing all that clutter with beautiful experiences,

Happy thoughts and total joy.

Lastly,

Develop a positive mindset.

Think positive.

What does that actually mean?

It means thinking about things you want to happen,

Experiences you want in your life right now,

Things you want for yourself and lastly taking action to make positive change in the way you live your life.

There will always be things that don't go the way you want them to.

That is life.

Being able to see the good in even the most difficult days,

That is keeping a positive mindset.

There is always something to be thankful for if we only but take the time and opportunity to look for it.

Some days may be harder to find although there's always something even if it is as simple as the breath.

Talking about the breath,

Let's take some nourishing breaths together right now.

Get comfortable,

Close your eyes for a moment,

Relax and let's breathe together.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you are breathing,

Let us give thanks for this time we are spending together today and for the breath that without it we would not be here.

That is something to give thanks for.

Now listen to your breath.

Now as you open your eyes,

Know that you have all the tools inside of you to face and overcome any challenges and obstacles that may come your way today.

Now that your eyes are open,

Smile and face this amazing day with love and kindness.

Joyful and full of peace.
