Hello beautiful souls.
A dear friend of mine lost a family member recently and I was moved to write this offering for all of you that are suffering from the loss of a loved one.
Grief happens to most of us at some time in our lives and you being here right now shows that you are willing to start to deal with these emotions in a safe space.
Let's go on this journey together.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You are walking by a stream,
You can hear the water running by and your surroundings are beautiful.
You can smell the small wild flowers,
Their sweet scents tickled your nose and the scene is so comforting to you.
You see a bench by a stream and sit down on it.
While you are enjoying the time here you see in the distance the person you have lost.
They come and sit down next to you seeing that person now smiling at you.
It is time to have a conversation with them.
What do you want to tell them?
What should they know?
What do they have to tell you?
What are the words that have been left unsaid?
There is no judgment here.
Say what you need to say in this safe space.
Have this conversation now.
Say things out loud if it feels better for you.
Say all those unsaid truths.
Say everything that is in your mind and heart right now.
Hear all the things you need to hear right now.
No fear,
No judgment and no criticism of any feelings and thoughts that come up for you.
Don't suppress them.
Don't ignore them.
You can now gently bring them up and let them go.
You you you Allow any tears to fall and wash away some of your pain now.
Like the stream flowing beside you some of your pain is being taken away and you are feeling better with each breath.
As you think on this time together with your loved one listen to this poem I wrote for my dear friend.
Your tears will flow like a river releasing all the hurt and pain.
With the passing of pain will come peace and your understanding of this process will increase.
You will think on brighter days.
Days of joy and laughter and finally realize that they will be your happy ever after.
They get up now and start to leave.
You are okay with this as your loved one fades away from view.
Allow all the emotions that need to come up release from you without any criticism judgment or fear.
Allow the deep release to take place right now.
Know that you can return to this safe space anytime and have this conversation and many others over and over again.
Know that each time you come back you will feel better and lighter.
As the river takes away your pain you find this a place of great healing and you come back often to feel settled and at peace.
As you breathe in a white and shimmering light comes all over you from above inside and out covering you like a warm blanket and bringing love and tenderness into your body heart and soul.
Allow all the negative emotions to flow out of you with each exhale and the love and compassion come into you with each inhale.
Feel the white light of the universe flow with the river and make you feel at peace.
Know that the universe has you cuddled like a small child in its hand of forgiveness and compassion making you feel safe and loved.
You are more powerful than you can imagine and this is your safe space that heals all hurt for losing a loved one.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Listen to your breath or your heartbeat they are both showing you that you are here now you are loved and all is well.
Open your eyes now and know all is well.
