Focused Attention Meditation
The ability to focus on one thing at a time will pay dividends when the going gets tough - at work or in our personal lives. Take one breath at a time and become aware of each phase - the inhale, the exhale, and the pauses in between. Perseverance, focus, calmness, concentration, composure, and willpower are the skills that are strengthened with this method.
