Hello and it's Jane back with this time the feminine manifesting tonic.

This is another layer to feminine essence goal setting.

If this tonic,

Which is actually a recording,

But if it was a fragrance,

It would smell of a civilian orange grove.

It'd be the true perfume of Azaha,

Which is the orange blossom mixed with the grounding earthy presence of the evergreen leaves and trees.

So just imagine that and breathe that in.

And that is my intention.

That is what's going to happen when you practice what I'm about to share with you.

So essentially,

A good question is a powerful tool and a good question asked regularly is a powerful manifesting tool.

And this is what the feminine manifesting tonic is.

It's a way of asking questions.

And why am I giving this to you?

Why am I sharing this with you now?

Because when we are manifesting our true heart's desires,

What gets in the way,

As I'm sure you're aware,

Is resistance.

It's the mind saying,

Well,

That's not possible or what if and how was that going to happen and all that kind of stuff.

So what this tonic does,

It naturally melts resistance.

It keeps you out of the how-tos.

It dissolves objections from your mind.

It invites wonder,

Which is that childlike,

Natural curiosity and expectation or something without any sense of grabbiness or neediness.

It helps you to stay open,

Which is most important because that's really what manifesting is.

It's just being open to receive because we don't actually control anything,

But it's this interactive dynamic that we have with the universe,

With how we receive from the Issa,

As I like to call it.

And it also helps us to feel marvelous.

And I do say that you will feel wonderful when I share this with you.

And your mind's going to probably be like,

Oh,

It's just questions.

No,

No,

No,

It's not just questions.

It's a way of asking questions and it feels amazing.

So let me give you some examples.

So what I want you to do,

I want you to use this tonic liberally,

Literally every day.

And I love doing 30-day challenges and I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend that you use this tonic in a very intentional,

Deliberate way.

And I would say use it for 30 days and chart your results and then keep going as your desire is unfolding.

So what will happen is you'll either unfold your desire,

You'll either tweak your desire,

Or you will become something.

Because really manifesting is about us.

It's about us transforming.

It's about us transforming internally,

First and foremost,

And then potentially externally.

And actually as that process happens,

Desires may change.

You're probably thinking,

Ah,

No,

No,

I want my desire.

Don't tell me it's going to change.

Honestly,

If you're transformed internally and your desire changes,

You really won't care.

It's quite surprising when you realize that you're actually,

You're okay.

You're really okay as you are.

It doesn't mean that you cannot have your desire.

It's all there as a possibility.

I'm just saying that the primary point of manifestation is actually you transforming into more of who you were born to be.

And that is the space that you will receive your true heart's desires and it's the space that you want to receive your true heart's desires because it's the space that you would enjoy them the most.

So let's go on to these questions.

What are some of these questions?

So how I'm going to ask these questions are as follows.

What would it look like?

Who would I be if?

What would it feel like?

So it's almost like you're going to the place of it having already happened,

But you don't have to imagine the details,

Which can be very hard for people.

And also it's kind of like trying to micromanage the process and that's more getting into kind of masculinized energy,

Which is actually not what it's about.

You're manifesting in the feminine.

We're just unfolding.

We're allowing,

We're receiving and it's joyful and it's effortless and it's relaxed.

That's absolutely what is up for grabs.

I used the word grabs,

But it's a metaphor that is what is available for us.

We're manifesting in the feminine,

But sometimes we sneak in with our old habits of masculinized feminine,

Where we are trying to do things ourselves on the conveyor belt of doing and manifestation becomes a conveyor belt of doing activity.

But that is not what we want.

We want to leave that and start afresh.

So for example,

What would it look like if I was married to my true love?

And if that's one of your desires,

You say that and probably what you'll find is you'll have a natural opening in your body.

You'll feel like taking a deep breath,

Like a sigh of relief.

And you might even start seeing things in your mind,

Like what would it look like?

It's speaking to the deeper part of you,

Speaking to your heart,

Which is essentially the deeper mind.

It's under your surface,

Your conscious mind.

So stuff like that which might actually surprise you because you might have an image and it's like,

Oh wow,

It would look like this.

It would look like we are sitting together on the porch having a chat.

We're having a walk down the road together on some errands.

It could be just really quite simple stuff,

But that might be what comes to mind or it might be something completely different.

So I would just say,

Notice how you feel and you'll see that you feel great.

I mean,

I do this and I'm just smiling like a Cheshire cat.

I just feel so happy when I'm doing it.

It's almost like you've got it,

That that's it and that's the point.

That's what we want to experience truly in terms of those manifestations.

We want to be feeling this internal freedom and openness and joy and that's what we're thinking that will accompany those things and that's why we are in the process of it now.

It puts us in a much better place to receive it and in a way that we can actually enjoy it.

So what would it look like?

Who would I be if I was financially free?

What would it feel like if I was joyfully using my gifts and talents,

Which that's a question you could use if you're looking to get your dream job or maybe you want to start a business or you just simply don't necessarily want the corporate structure,

But you just want to offer your gifts in mutual exchange with your right audience.

So what would it look like?

What would it be like?

What would it feel like?

Then you go another step further.

What would it be like if I was already happily married?

I popped in that word already and that will probably give you the biggest opening because it's like it's already happened.

The mind can't really bring any objections because it's not really a question for the surface mind.

It just doesn't have any response to that because it's like,

Oh.

So sink into that and let the question percolate through your being.

You'll probably find you're open.

Maybe you start smiling and just enjoy that sensation,

That sense.

Whatever comes,

Just enjoy being it for as long as it is there and then maybe go about your day.

And again,

I would make a habit of writing a journal as you're doing this,

Maybe at the end of the day,

Write what you experienced in terms of the feeling.

Also,

If you found you were doing anything with regards to this particular desire,

Because sometimes we find ourselves doing stuff,

We don't even realise that it's connected to the desire because it's just an inspired action,

But it's so almost instinctive that we don't realise that it's connected to our manifestation.

So we want to be vigilant in a good way just because this helps to reinforce our belief that this is possible and this is how it actually works.

Often we're so in our heads,

We hardly notice these things and then we're just saying,

But it hasn't happened yet.

When is it going to happen?

So another example was,

What would it feel like if I found whatever it is that you had lost,

Your keys or whatever?

You can just say anything,

But obviously we're talking about true heart's desires here because for a lot of us,

Those things are things we haven't experienced yet.

So it's almost like,

Wow,

Is this possible?

And when you're asked a question like that,

You sense in your body,

Oh yes,

It is possible.

It's almost like it's here already,

Like it's done.

You just keep that journey of asking the question to keep yourself aligned and attuned and whenever your doubts come up,

You can just use that same thing.

You feel the doubt through,

Almost like you're experiencing doubt and that's okay.

And then ask yourself a question,

Connect to that desire and see yourself open up again.

What would it feel like if I already had given birth effortlessly?

For example,

If we're looking to have a child,

What would it look like if I was already walking around in my dream body or whatever phrase you want to put there?

What would it be like if I was already walking around in a strong,

Healthy,

Lean body or whatever is the phrase that resonate with you?

And can you see how it's just suddenly your attention is taken out from the outside world of what isn't there and internally to what you're experiencing internally?

And that's actually where our focus needs to be,

Not on what is outside.

So this is a tonic and if you keep doing it,

You will notice things will change inside of you,

Things will change outside of you,

But it is an act of faith and the faith is that you do it.

You use the tonic and you chart your results,

You chart your feelings,

You chart your observations,

Because again,

That makes it a very holistic exercise and it keeps your attention on your internal world,

Which is where we unfold our hearts,

Our true heart's desires.

So that is the feminine manifesting tonic.

Use it liberally and remember to keep a journal and notice your results.

So just to summarize,

It's a powerful way of asking a question in connection to your authentic desires.

It's another way of,

It helps you to feel amazing in the moment,

It melts resistance,

Keeps you out of the howls and the how-to's,

It dissolves objections of the mind,

Invites wonder,

Therefore that shows that you're receptive,

Helps you stay open again,

Receptivity,

Helps you feel marvelous again,

Receptivity,

Which means you're open to receive,

Which is essentially what manifesting is,

We're receiving.

And also you might find,

I should just add,

When you ask these questions,

You might find that you start to cry and that's simply resistance that's come up and that's great and you can just cry that out.

It's just,

I mean,

It's such a lovely tonic,

It's such a simple,

Gentle tool,

Powerful but gentle and you can use it any time.

And I would say find a time of day which works for you,

Maybe morning and evening,

I do morning and evening,

But every time you choose or have other times of day you want to do it,

Just try and be consistent for at least 30 days to get into the habit of it and then you probably might find you want to carry on as you've noticed how it makes you feel as the very first observation and then you might notice other things as well and then you might want to carry on month after month,

Which I just think it's just a genuinely good thing to do.

Remember,

We're not doing it to make something happen,

We're just doing it to put our attention in our internal world in a good,

Beautiful way that brings relief and ease.

And it's actually the opposite of what we normally do is when we worry about things or worry about what we don't have,

What we need to get,

It's just the opposite of that because worry is just putting your attention on something and asking maybe not very helpful questions like,

Why isn't it here yet?

Why does it happen to me?

Why am I always the one?

Do you see what I mean?

It's like that,

But it's exactly the opposite and worry doesn't help us.

Worry doesn't feel great.

When we worry,

We don't feel great.

In fact,

We feel this feels worse.

So this is just the opposite.

It's not about making anything happen.

It's again,

It's just simply about using that attention,

That questioning ability in a way that actually helps you to feel good and supports you in your intention to manifest your true heart's desires.

So I hope that you found that incredibly useful and that you go forth and sprinkle this tonic of yourself every day.
