Welcome to this chocolate meditation.

If you haven't done a chocolate meditation before,

I personally recommend using a nice dark chocolate.

Place the chocolate somewhere you'll know where it is.

I don't recommend holding it as it might melt.

So place that chocolate nearby now and when you are ready take a moment to get comfortable.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Relax.

When you are ready gently close down your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breath now.

Allow the sounds around you to melt away.

The sounds that are left will add to your experience and allow you to relax even deeper now.

Because the more you relax the easier it is to breathe and the easier it is to breathe the more you will relax now.

Focusing on the breath,

Allowing any tension or stress to just melt away.

Relaxing your jaw,

Allowing your body to just be in the present moment and just relax.

Noticing if anywhere in the body feels tense and just allowing it to just melt away.

Leaving you with a feeling of calm and peace.

Allowing you to just relax.

Noticing now how your mouth feels.

Is it dry?

Is it dry?

Or are you salivating,

Thinking about the chocolate that you know is coming.

Take a moment now to reach for your chocolate.

Notice how it feels in your hand.

Is it soft and slightly melted?

Is it hard or cold?

Take a moment to notice how it feels before bringing the chocolate to your nose.

Inhale the scent of the chocolate.

Notice what you smell.

Notice your body's reaction to it.

Are you salivating?

Do you feel warm?

Do you feel excited by the thought of enjoying this piece of chocolate?

Breathe in and out.

Bring the chocolate to your mouth now and take a bite.

Notice how it feels as you bite into it.

Let it sit on your tongue and feel it melt gently in your mouth.

What can you taste?

Is it bitter or sweet?

Can you taste the cocoa in the chocolate?

Noticing all the flavours and allowing yourself to be completely absorbed in what you are experiencing right now.

As you swallow the chocolate notice how it feels.

Noticing now how your mouth feels and your body's reaction to the chocolate.

Do you want more?

Are you savouring the taste of the chocolate?

Are you ready for another bite?

Notice how your arm feels as you bring the chocolate to your mouth again.

Notice how the chocolate feels in your fingers and take another bite.

Focus again on the flavours.

Notice the texture.

Notice your body's reaction.

Notice your breath.

Has it changed from before?

Take a moment now to bask in the feeling of the chocolate.

Noticing now how eating with intention has changed your experience of this chocolate.

Is it different to how you would normally eat chocolate?

In a moment you are going to return to the room but before you do just bring your attention to your breath and as you do take a moment now to think about your body.

Think about how you nourish it.

How you move it.

How does it feel?

What can you do today to nourish your body?

What can you do to bring more intention to the way you nourish your body?

Take a moment now to thank your body for carrying you through the day and for supporting you.

Bringing your attention back to your breath now.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

On the count of three you are going to return to the room.

One,

Start to notice the sounds around you again.

Bringing awareness back to the present moment.

Two,

Wriggle your toes,

Breathe through your nose.

Three,

When you are ready you can open your eyes.

I hope that you enjoyed this meditation and it helps to bring a little more intention to your day.

Thank you.

It was very good , very calming , very luxury meditation If there could be one improvement in this meditation it would be so that we could hear the The teacher's voice even though music was beautiful it did sort of make it harder to hear instructions.

Deliciously amazing!!! You voice is like chocolate! So soothing and soft. This was my first chocolate meditation tonight and it was exactly what I needed 🍫 I love how a chocoholic like myself can unwind to a chocolate meditation! 😂 Good work Jayde! Keep it up 😁
