Shaking off any tension from your muscles.

It's flowing off of you,

Actually,

Like water.

And as you are rising higher and higher,

If you approach something that blocks you,

Visualize the way to go straight through the problem.

The music goes before you,

An arching arrow of peace,

Providing a way for you to simply rise.

Let go into the lungs of your heart.

As the music begins to reach the far corners of your soul,

Let it fill you entirely,

Allowing you to try to control this experience.

Allow the music to produce its own revitalizing currents in the most delicious manner.

Release,

Release yourself to simply rest in the cocoon,

The embrace of this beautiful sound.

Let the music go through deeper and deeper doors,

Deeper and deeper channels,

And wherever there is a block within you.

Visualize the music going straight through,
