Arriving at your seat,
Comfortable in your being,
Steady on the earth,
Rising through the crown,
The internal organs soft,
Muscle,
Connective tissue in balance.
We arrive at this meditation for the bija sounds to the chakras,
This exploration of our root,
Our ground.
And from that root and ground all the way up and through the sky,
Through the crown and beyond,
This imminence and transcendence through the spinning wheels of energy.
And since this body,
This form,
This mind,
These thoughts are pure energy,
Then let's see even if we can move the sound and integrate the I am-ness,
Which is in the base and the root,
The I feel-ness,
Which is in the sacral space,
The I do-ness that's in the solar plexus,
The I love that's in the heart chakra,
The I speak and share that's in the throat,
The I see that's in the third eye,
And the great I understand that is in the crown chakra.
So envision your root,
Envision your ancestors,
Envision your body,
Your foundation,
Growing those deep roots.
The bija sound for the root is LAM,
LAM.
So we'll come through LAM as that meditation drops us deep into that pelvic floor,
Deep into our roots,
Not so much from the throat but drawing up from the earth.
Exhale,
Empty all the breath out.
Inhale fully.
OM.
Embrace and connection to all the sacral,
The navel area.
VAM.
VISTANA.
Place of I feel.
You can even place your hands somewhere in the center,
Soften that space three rounds.
Exhale and VAM.
Embrace and spin that I feel space.
I feel.
Small feeling is and that connection to your sensual,
Your sensation,
The sense of claiming yourself,
The solar.
OM.
That space open into a clear creation of what we're stuck and have stuck.
OM.
Softening through the rootage of we see,
Not through our misperceptions,
But we seek just beyond,
Understand this wisdom that's beyond this remembrance of something before this body was here,
Which we've forgotten.
Up on our tippy toes and look as we can see.
