Come to a comfortable seat.

This is not an empty invitation.

This is the heart of this practice.

To be interested in and care about what you feel and so what you need.

Do you want to sit or lie down?

Do you need to open or close a window or get water?

These are the guideposts of the brilliance of your body right here and right now without effort.

Telling you at every moment what it is that you need for your greatest wellness.

So explore what do you need to be comfortable.

As we come to this body positive meditation and practice.

This is an opportunity to connect in a more deep way to the intelligence of your body.

Both the gross and subtle expression of how to sit,

Perhaps how to breathe and how to be in the way that serves your highest and best self.

Because this is the language of your body.

Always seeking to spirally spiral you into your greatest expression.

Always seeking to heal that which is injured.

Always seeking to make whole that which is hurt.

Your cut will heal.

The bone will knit.

So too will the experience of your heart when you pay attention to how you feel.

So come to a comfortable seat.

And welcome.

Welcome,

Beloved,

To the experience of yourself.

As you first now connect to the always expression of love.

Whatever your mind says about the experience of your body,

There is in you a perfect expression of love.

Always nourishing you as you need to be nourished and always clearing out what needs to be cleared out without thought.

Without condition of size or shape.

Your breath loves you right now.

So completely it does not care who you are,

What your name is,

Or what you look like.

So my love,

Just feel for a moment where you are breathing and how you are breathing in your body right now.

Just the easy awareness of what part of you lifts,

Fills as you breathe in,

What part of you lowers or pulls in as you breathe out.

Just peek and notice easy curiosity.

Good.

And without needing to fix anything and bringing your awareness to that breath,

Grow it.

Just breathe in a little bit more now here in the way that you do breathing in and as you breathe out,

Allowing the breath to guide you into what it needs.

Maybe an exhale.

Maybe an open mouth.

Maybe a deeper cleansing from the belly exhale.

Take these first moments.

Oh seasoned being of being yourself just to explore here how you can breathe a little bit deeper,

A little bit easier in a way that feels good.

Just that.

Welcome home.

Oh yeah.

Again,

Again like that breathing in bigger maybe taking it in places that maybe you haven't yet today and so that when you breathe out you breathe out from a little more of you rinsing out the debris,

The waste.

Ah,

Yeah.

And then let the effort go and just be as you are that brief connection to your capacity to love.

You did it.

You just did the practice.

You came home to you.

And so,

If you want to be done,

Be done but if you want to continue in this way my love,

We begin again by coming to that comfortable seat,

Allowing the breath to flow a little bit more deeply a little bit more easily.

And we bring you now into the universe of yourself this physical body this beautiful technology,

The architecture for your soul at every moment to allow this curiosity,

Just in this exact now,

As if you had just landed in a new world which you are doing right now by being interested.

In all of the weather,

The climate,

The topography,

The wildlife of this new world,

Like you were the whole team gathering information as we come now to this body positive full on welcome and love for the body as it is scan.

So begin by noticing right there first in your breath the capacity to breathe up into the dome of your scholar to breathe out.

So it is an empty white space being filled now with just the fullness of your breath.

Feel and notice as you see that empty white dome the softening the heaviness of your face and shoulders and body as you sink now a little bit more into the substance and just the being of you.

And then one more time,

Feel the fullness of your breath in and out and above the dome of your skull there is sensation around your scalp over and behind the ears and around to the forehead and eyes,

Cheeks and mouth,

Tongue,

Jaw.

Just gathering the information of what you feel.

Continue to be interested as you chart the landscape of this world.

Your throat and neck,

Muscle and bones.

And continuing to trace now feeling there from the back of your neck and into your very skull the line of your spine,

As if you were tracing now the length,

The breath,

The curves the experience of it right there from the tip,

All the way along to the mid to low back and into your bottom itself.

Take a moment and just be curious now with the sensation of your spine.

This anchor for the architecture.

You are now simply being curious of sensation from the top of your skull over the face,

Neck and throat down over the shoulders and into your arms.

Under them in them to where and how they bend the elbow,

Wrists,

Fingers,

Feeling the density the pulse,

The press,

The sensation of arms and fingers.

Taking in that information gathering it in as you then travel back to the tops of the shoulders and so now to the back of them to where they join like wings towards your spine and then all the way along your upper back.

Mid back behind your ribs.

Middle and low back to the back of your bottom and hips.

Just what do you notice of sensation.

There's no need to fix or pull,

But only to feel.

And so then now continuing your exploration to the tops of the shoulders.

And then to the front of the whole upper chest from the base of your throat to the collarbone sternum breasts,

Ribs sides of your waist to the middle section of your torso and belly.

Perhaps noticing absence of sensation,

Or a mixture of what seems to be opposite.

Allow your awareness to be full.

As you gather the information of what you feel of your body.

Yes,

And continue to your low belly and then to your pelvis,

Hips,

Side to side front to back a curiosity and an awareness of the sensation that is in you right now,

Or an awareness of the absence of sensation all is as it should be because it is as it is.

And so continue with your curiosity your information collecting from your hips to your legs where they extend and bend knee and ankle and feet to the tops and bottoms of your thighs.

And gather your knees and kneecaps shin bones and calves.

You stay long enough to gather information with no need to fix or flee.

Staying interested now notice your ankles and feet,

The top and the bottom.

As you march the curves there to between and to the tips of your toes.

What do you feel.

Good.

That's it.

You have charted the landscape of the universe of you.

The physical reality of your experience of yourself.

You mapped the world.

Allow your breath to be easy and full as you take now this next minute to allow the sensation to come to you in whatever way it does to allow your curiosity to be with a physical,

But to notice now the climate of your heart.

Notice if there is association or memory or a story that wants to be seen a longing,

A desire,

Something that wants to be fixed or cared for,

To be present with the experience of yourself in your entirety as you just sit here now,

Resting in the reality of your spine and bottom,

As you sit in space.

To be interested now just in the experience of yourself.

And so,

Again,

What you need to feel at ease.

Comfortable.

Allow you.

This is the genius of you.

What do you feel.

And so what you know.

Welcome home.

The information that rises is the information that you need how to carry forward in your highest and best self.

Stay here in meditation for as long as you need.

Otherwise,

Know that by your breath.

And by being in the physical reality of you.

You access your infinite soul.
