Pran mudra raises our vibration and vitality. It is good for relaxing anxiety. This practice includes some imagery and visualization. Pran means "life." Mudras are the beautiful hand gestures and symbols we use to enhance the meditation experience. In this short meditation, we come into the breath and awareness of breath: breathing in peace, breathing out calm. Pran mudra will increase our vitality and help us relax from anxiety. Pran mudra combined with breathing is stabilizing.
