Hello there and welcome to this guided meditation where you will have the opportunity to rejuvenate and recharge your body from the inside out.

During this practice you will be taking the chance to go deep within yourself through perhaps some form of trance state and connect with the deeper essence of your being.

Now these might sound like big claims and there might be a lot of resistance or doubt in your mind when you hear such things and I don't want to try to convince you one way or another,

Rather I want to invite you to enter into this experience with an open mind and to allow yourself to soften both physically,

Mentally and spiritually whatever those three things mean for you.

So now that we have introduced what we'll be doing here today I invite you to get into a comfortable position,

You can do this meditation lying down or you can do it sitting up,

However is most appropriate and comfortable for you.

And now as you transition into your comfortable position allow yourself to limit distractions.

If you find yourself in a noisy environment or if you find yourself in an environment where you might be distracted or something might be playing in your mind where you might have a distraction coming,

Then try to create a setting where you won't be distracted and there's nothing on your mind apart from this meditation.

Good,

Now that you are positioned,

You are set up,

You are ready,

Allow yourself to close your eyes and bring your awareness to the very centre of your being.

The centre of the body is found around the navel,

The dantian as the Chinese call it.

So bring your attention to this central point of your being,

This energy centre and notice how it feels.

This is not an intellectual exercise,

This is a feeling-based exercise.

You're invited to use your sixth sense,

Go beyond the logical mind and contemplate what's happening there.

Do you sense hardness or softness?

Or cool?

Is it light?

Keep your awareness in the centre of your being.

Without trying to change anything.

In many meditation practices there is a notion of doing,

Of sending light or energy or colour to a certain location to modify a given state.

But that's not what we're doing here.

The only thing we're bringing is pure awareness and allowing transformation to occur simply through awareness.

There is nothing more to do than to simply observe what is taking place in your body.

And neither heaviness nor lightness,

Or softness,

Or hardness.

None of these polarities are good or bad.

We're seeking to transcend polarity,

To transcend duality and to simply sit with what is.

With what you are observing in your belly,

In your body.

I'm going to go silent for a little bit and allow you to explore for yourself the centre of your being.

Allow yourself to be open.

And to receive.

Now allow yourself to expand your awareness.

You can either zoom in or zoom out.

Are a form of expansion.

You seek to go deeper within the centre of your being.

Or to expand outside of yourself and to experience yourself outside of your perceived three-dimensional confines.

Allow yourself to journey.

Whatever that means for you.

Push yourself outside of your mind.

Allow yourself to be at the centre of your being.

And notice how the centre of your being is not your skull.

It's not your head.

Your centre is in your belly.

It's deep in your body.

Allow yourself to feel that.

And from this place,

Allow yourself to call in.

Support from the universe to heal your body.

To rejuvenate yourself.

Draw power from the centre of your being.

From the centre of the universe.

And allow yourself to come alive.

Now notice if there are any new sensations in your body.

Notice how you are feeling now compared to when you began this practice.

And as you notice how your body has shifted,

Realise that your state has shifted.

Your being has shifted.

Your DNA is slowly and gradually evolving and transforming.

Each time you connect with material like this.

Each time you allow yourself to journey inside,

To go within and to connect with your font of inner power.

This is very real.

When you connect in this way,

You bring this energy back into your physical life.

Into your quote-unquote ordinary life.

So now allow yourself to come fully back into your body.

Feel your surroundings.

And allow yourself to gradually,

Not too quickly,

Open your eyes.

Notice what has shifted.

And allow yourself to bring gratitude to yourself for taking this time to connect,

To go within and to feel so deeply.
